I have stayed at many hotels/motels in this area, this is my favorite. Bed is amazingly comfortable, rooms are always clean and not run-down. Staff is courteous and helpful, and they have a very nice breakfast in a large, clean, well-lit breakfast room. I am in this area occasionally on business, I will never stay anyplace else.

I will NEVER be staying here again. I have a severe autoimmune disorder, and as such, need to wear a face mask when out in public. Upon checking in, the staff member mocked and laughed at me for wearing a mask and made sarcastic comments about Covid “coming back”. If people want to pretend the pandemic is over, fine. But you don’t get to bully and mock those who are trying to protect themselves. My best friend died of Covid. I ALMOST died of Covid and am now permanently disabled even tho I was a healthy marathon runner beforehand. I have a family member who has had several strokes due to Covid. This staff mocking me was not funny.
He also made complaints about me bringing my cat even tho I spoke to TWO staff members before my arrival to ensure it was okay, and paid the extra fee to have my pet with me. He complained cats scratch things up and are problems in the room. Funny, because I spent the whole night hearing another room with a dog with it barking all night and scratching at the door. My cat did just fine in the room.
The walls are thin so could hear people arguing or engaging in physical intimacy the whole night. We were on the first floor and could hear everyone talking in the lobby and dining area. The room was nice and comfortable tho. The breakfast was really gross. The rest of the experience sucked and will be sure to go out of my way to let folks know to NOT stay at this hotel. The staff is ableist and rude.

This hotel was super clean and quiet and the bedding was very soft and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staff is very friendly. We enjoyed our stay of two nights.

Clean modern rooms. Beds were full size not queen. Made for a sleepless night for 2 of us. But sheets were clean and there was a pull out had one of us thought to check it out. Would stay again

As soon as I walked in the Manager/Owner was trying to charge me an additional $55.00 for my Service Dog. This was NOT STIPULATED at all in advance; also got a phone call in our room at 2:30am. We asked the desk in the morning what the heck that was absolutely unacceptable! The breakfast wasn’t great; but place was ok! Right off the main drag. Heard cars; trucks all night long. Wasn’t at all worth $200- Absolutely overpriced by at least $100!

We needed a place to stay while traveling with a pet. Hotel rooms was very big and hotel was clean. Not much green grass for the dog but we made it work. Also did have an issue with the front desk. When we checked in paid the incidental fee and the pet fee. When we checked out front desk clerk swore we had an outstanding balance. We eventually left-we knew we had paid. Breakfast was decent. Restaurant called the Mason Jar was very close.

TV and/or remote control device were not working properly. Hot and cold water were reversed on bathroom sink. Room and facilities were good otherwise. Nothing fancy, just good on the basics.

highly recommend this hotel. It is better than Holiday Inn & Many Other 4 & 5 Star Hotels. Owner Mr. Hameed was very friendly & made our stay enjoyable.

Ease in getting to hotel from my travel route. Must note > no fault of hotel, but city planning> as I was going North I had to make a loop on Island Road that is in the middle of a curve on an incline, and is very hard to see traffic either direction..then, one has to make an immediate left to get back on 17 as the hotel is on the Southside. As soon as it seemed clear, I made the turn, but cars appeared from both directions...thankful I made it, but it was a bit unnerving. I am going to have to make the same loop today, as I am on on the South side of 17, and need to travel North....not sure how this could be corrected....but felt it was important to make others aware.
Ref the hotel and general location, it was otherwise perfect. Night desk clerk was very helpful, price was good, very clean and comfortable.

The room was very nice clean spacious. It could’ve been a Little cooler in the room, but the outside temperatures were high in the 90s so that counts were the fact the room was cool, but I would’ve liked to cooler

So happy with this hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the free breakfast. We traveled with pets and were given a convenient, first floor room. We would definitely stay here again.

The third Floor, at check in time 8 PM was reading 80 degrees, had to compensate the room ac (much lower) to overcome the dangerous 3rd floor heat. No sheet, pillow, or blanket was given for the room, even though we booked the room for three people; was told to put on the sheets as if we worked for them. The bed is severely HARD, I was very tired, yet maybe I got 15 minutes of sleep total. No one got over 3 hours of sleep due to how hard each bed was.
Breakfast had disgusting looking eggs and under cooked sausage; no one, but no one was getting any of it while I was dinning .The cereal was no frills/like malt o meal, the bagels were tiny, cheap/poor quality, lots of cheap sugar bakery yuck. The coffee was watered down. I've included pictures showing broken down and multiple dirty issues with my room. You clearly need to avoid this rotten hotel.
