The room is spacious, the desk is wide and desk chair is comfortable. Thank you for the shower cap.

It’s a bit far from the train station, but there are many shops nearby.

The location was wonderful. I think that it is a good place to stay if you are in Machida. The biggest thing was that the staff were professional. Also, I left something behind and they worked with me to get it back! Very good service. The bed was comfy as well. Also, the room was very spacious! I love that part of this hotel.

Pillows can be a bit softer and more plentiful, but I was told I could get new ones from the front desk. So that is all just a convenience thing.

The breakfast was tasty. I enjoyed the spacious room and the beautiful location. Also, it was fairly priced! I would do it again!

I thought my bed was a bit off, but that's because I like two pillows, and a bit softer in the bed department. Otherwise, it was fine.

There was some mechanical noise in the room throughout the night. Maybe it was the small fridge but I was too tired to go Sherlock on it. I put on earplugs to be able to sleep. Breakfast was rather simple. I expected something more for that price. Cold bread, limited and unhealthy drink selection, not much fruit. It is not a bad breakfast, but for the same price you get way better breakfasts in other hotels, even in central Tokyo.
