From the second I walked in, the entire lobby smelled of cigarette smoke and marijuana. On top of that, some skeezy guys were hanging out right in front of the lobby door which made a solid traveler like me extremely nervous.
The room smelled even worse. Somebody literally right next door was lighting up and it’s all I could smell the entire time. Then, the rooms below me were having a little party and all you could hear was the thumping of music. I got my stuff, and headed to the Home2Suites where I initially should have booked because they never disappoint. It was gross. I do not recommend this place if you’re looking for something clean and quiet.

It was noisy. Who ever was upstairs they walked so heavy footed, was banging around furniture up to 1 a.m. then back at it at 4:20 a.m. kids running up and down the floor and halls. A male customer of Latino looks kept staring at us when we were coming in our room and made us very uncomfortable. There was a very heavy scent of marijuana in the first floor and in the elevator. The bed was awful. They gave us 2 cups only 2 washcloths, two towels. They charged over $200.00 for this substandard room. I would not recommend this hotel. Overpriced for what is offerred.

Bed very uncomfortable lumpy and postage stamp size pillows. No ice machine or coffee pot. The automatic door openers didn't work. Hard to navigate with luggage.

Last minute stay. I had asked front desk when checking out if they gave me a smoking room because it smell like cigarettes. Even the towles smelled like cigarettes. She said no that there is no smoking throughout building. Im not a smoker so the smell hit me hard. I dealt with it because it waa one night and i was up for 24 hours and tired.

The bed was hard as a rock. Hairs in the sheets and in the bathroom. Toilet didn’t flush. Didn’t feel safe in the hotel or area.

Hotel was great and clean; however, the beds are TERRIBLE. Very uncomfortable, and the metal frames were so loud. Staff was nice, everything else was clean and convenient, but the beds were the worst.

Room was so horrible smelling and was so noisy people stomping around everywhere. I left hotel after first night to get away from the noise and smell . When I came back the next day it was all over again. I said forget it and checked out. People hanging out all around back entrance , staff didn’t speak English it was just awful and for the place being brand new should have not had that smell. My belongings and bag smelled so awful when I got home.

Nice new facilities but pretty noisy and no place for long term residents to hang out but in the parking lot which felt uncomfortable sometimes. No basic amenities like coffee pot, iron, tv remote or extra towels. Plus circuit breakers kept tripping and turning off the AC and lights and needs updated pest control.

It's a fairly new property but the night desk clerk was very nice, and super funny. She made myself and my pregnant cousin fell more than welcome. I'd recommend this for anyone looking for a quick and quiet stay .

wonderful trip we rented 3 rooms well actually 4 all together we wasn't under the impression it was still under construction well not so much under construction but they hadn't completed all the necessity's like ice machines iron and ironing boards hair dryers and coffee pots in the rooms but they have a full size fridge and ice trays in freezer and front desk had irons and board and love the gym and very friendly if u are on and extended stay this is the place to go has a counter top stove clean and big burners I think 2 and sink fridge of course all apartment size comfortable bed and huge bathroom thankyou

The property was very clean. The staff was friendly, but once I was in the room, even though it has a kitchenette, there is no plates no glasses no utensils. Also the windows only have blinds on them and with all the street lights your room is very bright at night. I did notice that This hotel had a lot of longer-term people staying at it. And some days people were cooking and opening their room doors and the whole hallway stunk really bad. The hotel is very clean and it is a place to put your head down at night.

The only issue we had was it is a brand new hotel so not all the little accommodations were available directly but they went out of their way to get them to us and also didnt charge us key deposit for the inconvenience i really enjoyed my stay we rented 3 rooms for our sons wedding very nice neighborhood as well felt safe at night to walk outside nice stores close n restaurants

BE AWARE. THIS HOTEL CHARGES A SECURITY DEPOSIT AT CHECKIN. They spring this on you after you have made the reservation and charged your account. If you decide to not stay then they will not refund your money. This is the main reason I will not return.
