Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: this is a great house...very functional, good gathering area downstairs and really strong outdoor area with pool, seating and a grill. We cooked some, and the kitchen was well outfitted. The house itself was top notch and I'd stay there again. If the management will pick up the level of housekeeping, this will be a 5-star. And I am thinking that perhaps the things out of place for us initially were hopefully not an issue for anyone else.

3 families with older teens stayed here and was perfect. Great spaces with plenty of seating indoor and out, and great bedrooms. Nice large kitchen and carriage house and decorated nicely. Porches everywhere, huge outdoor fireplace, which would be nice in cooler months. So nice that it came with bikes. Would like a better microwave and wish the pool were a bit bigger since there is so much outdoor space, but those are minor. Had an issue with hot water heater alarming during a storm in middle of the night, and management responded immediately. All three families agreed that we would stay here again and loved the house.
