Easy check in, great breakfast, right next to the start of the historic old town with shops, restaurants etc. right next door. Nicely decorated and well presented. Own restaurant does 15% discount on food and well worth having a meal there.

On alternative days the staff attending breakfast were more interested in chatting outside the kitchen area than making sure the food and crockery were regularly replenished. I asked for a cereal bowl as there were none on display and was handed one that the milk jug had been sitting in. The doughnuts were not particularly fresh.

Location is perfect for sightseeing. Hotel is attractive and clean. Excellent breakfast.

It is quite noisy outside because of its central location but it gets quiet after 11pm. Ear plugs are provided. Beds very hard.

Room furnishings seemed a little cheap. No AC in my room, so I used a fan. Could be loud outside, but quieted down around 10-11 pm.

Amazing / perfect location in the old town, close to everything (shops, restaurants, bars, landmarks). Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Would definitely recommend and go back.

I found the pillow a bit too hard for my liking but my friend said hers was fine. It’s all down to personal preference.

Breakfast room was a bit narrow & crowded, coffee machine was too slow leading to queues. Bed was uncomfortable

Fantastic breakfast!

Lovely hotel ideally situated in the Old Town. The staff were lovely and all were welcoming. The food was lovely and we loved the choice at breakfast time. Our rooms were lovely but when we go back we would love a room at the front of the hotel We can't fault this hotel at all and will definitely be returning and staying here!

Perhaps a little bottle of milk in the fridge (in the room) for tea and coffee would be a good idea.

The sleeping sofa was a bit hard, to my liking, but the beds were nice and soft.

Location was great. Way better than other hotels I stayed in Gdansk. Reception lady was very helpful. She meet all our needs. Cozy restaurant. Free upgraded room with view. Tasty coffe for breakfast.

Room was a bit cold and I couldn’t change that. There was two single duvets witch is too narrow for adult to sleep comfy. Breakfast was ok. Just missed fry eggs or boild eggs. It was scrambled eggs. Some dishes from last night dinner. But tasty.

The Location is great in middle of old town. There are many of restaurants and shops close by the hotel. There is a mini bar (empty) in the room. 2 x 0.5 Liter water is provided in the room. Elevator is available. Quick response time on request over booking.com

The noise level and the smell is a big problem. first of all you hear everything from the restaurant which is located in first floor. Then there is a night club next street and people going back and forwards to the party’s, yelling in middle of the night and you wake up. The sound is a big no go in the rooms. as example I could Shazam the song from the Piano night in the restaurant. The restaurant closes by 00:00 so the noise go down by 23:40. The hotel is providing war plugs in the rooms. The room was only cleaned up when we checked in, on next days we did not get a room clean and new towels. Another big issue is the smell of sewers out of bathroom. The smell is even the floor outside of the rooms. After first night I did seal with towel the gap at the door to bathroom ans opened the window for fresh air before we went to sleep. We could not do early check in, we did enter our room 8 minutes later after check in time. The Bathroom still had hairs from previous guest even if we got our room later as Check in time.

Excellent location and even better staff. Breakfast was also very nice and cultural. Only issue I can find is that the Tv didn’t work with Netflix or any English so unable to use when relaxing. Apart from that amazing.

Very helpful stuff as I booked just few hours prior arriving Good rooms, overall good looking and stylish hotel. Very central location. This is my second stay here.
