BURNING MAN FRIENDLY! Welcome to our extremely clean 2021 Dutchman 32' Travel Trailer. This comes loaded with the essentials you will need for enjoying whatever adventure you are setting out on! Whether you are an experienced RV'er or this is your first time, we want your experience to be amazing so we will walk you through the process and answer any questions you might have. The main living area is spacious and has plenty of room for people to move around and exist without feeling crowded. The dinette and sofa are contained in the large slide-out which opens the floorplan for room in the kitchen while life happens in the rest of the trailer. With vinyl flooring throughout, it is easy to keep clean. We provide a broom and dust pan. The dinette can be configured in either a booth or U-shape depending on your needs and there is storage space under both bench seats. The sofa is a recliner sofa and very comfortable. AC and heat are very efficient and provide a comfortable space regardless of the weather outside. The fire place has LED lighting and remote control for an additional heat source and has timed control. The sound system has AM/FM, AUX connection, and Bluetooth to stream from your devices. There are exterior speakers for when you want to take the party outside! The TV comes with a ROKU 4K Stick for streaming Netflix or mirroring your devices for apps like Amazon Prime. With a large pantry, refrigerator/freezer (gas/electric), 3-burner gas stove with oven, large farm style sink and plenty of counter top space, there isn't much more you could ask for in the kitchen. We provide cookware, cooking utensils, cutlery, silverware, cutting boards, mixing bowls, hot pads, kitchen towels, dish soap and scrubber. You will have 8 place settings with plates, bowls, small bowls, and drinking cups. Due to sanitation recommendations, we are currently not providing cooking oils, spices, or any condiments. There is also an outdoor kitchen with an additional 2-burner stove, a sink, and a small refrigerator/freezer. Sleeping Arrangements: With a walk-around queen bed in the master bedroom, double sized bunks, the convertible dinette bed and the convertible sofa, the space is listed as sleeping 10. You can comfortably sleep 8 adults but get the 10 if a few of those are kiddos. We upgraded the queen bed with a comfortable new memory foam mattress and added 4" memory foam mattress toppers to both of the double bunk beds. The master bedroom has its own entry door, a sliding privacy door, a closet with drawers, large storage space under the bed, wardrobes on both sides and overhead storage. Both night stands have outlets and USB plug-ins and we added LED puck lights to each night stand for individual indirect lighting. Both bunk beds have individual windows, LED puck lights, and individual outlets for charging those devices. The top bunk is accessed via built-in ladder and has a weight rating of 300 lbs. Linens: We provide (with no additional charge) sheets, pillows (6 total), and comforters for the queen and bunk beds. If you plan on using the convertible beds, we recommend bringing sleeping bags/blankets and any additional pillows you might want. If you plan on using your own linens, just let us know so we can strip the beds and have it ready for you. We provide one bath towel, hand towel, and wash cloth for each person so please let us know how many we can plan for. We do not provide beach towels/pet drying towels so please plan accordingly. Exterior: There is a large pass-thru storage at the front of the trailer that could double as an additional bedroom.... I’M KIDDING! But seriously, you could fit a couple adults in there. Instead of bodies, it houses the following supplies - - Large outdoor ground mat - Sewer Connection Box - sewer lines, adapters, hose for rinsing lines after dumping, slinky support system, and a bag of medical grade gloves - Fresh Water Box - 50' of potable water grade garden hose, adapters and wyes, water filter - Electrical Connection Box - 50A power cord (50 feet), 30A power cord (25 feet), 50A and 30A surge protectors, 30A to 50A adapters, 20A to 50A adapter, 30A to generator connection - Utility Box - Leveling pads (two sets), wheel chocks, small tool/repair kit, manual tongue jack handle - Outdoor chairs - we have 7 so let us know how many you will need. - Hotdog/marshmallow roasting sticks Additional Exterior Features: - 20' power awning with LED lighting - Exterior shower with hot/cold water - Power tongue jack - Power leveler jacks The trailer comes with a backup camera to make sliding into those campsites a breeze. We also provide a Weight Distribution Hitch with Sway Control if you need it.
