We have been staying here for several years. I think this was the worst year. Dirty bed. Appeared to have leaves of some type in one of the beds. The shower curtain in one bathroom had mold on it. Maintenance had to replace a standby refrigerator while we were in the room. This could have been put off until we checked out. The standby was working fine. The tv setup is BAD! This has always been this way. We like Coral Reef because of the parking and because we need a four bedroom. We are trying to find a different place to stay in 2025. If the rates continue to go up there will probably be plenty of rooms available

Everything was great as usual. We were disappointed about the ice machine gone this year, only to be replaced by a machine that dispensed ice at almost $7.00 per bag. However we worked around it and enjoyed our stay. If all goes well, we hope to return again next summer.

Two toilets needed work. I replaced one toilet part myself . I was not refunded the money I spent . I notified management of what I had done. The cost of the part was less than five dollars, but you would think they wouldn’t want you paying for any room repairs. Smoke detector also needed batteries. We have been staying in this room for several years. Needs some minor upgrades

Great experience. Condominium was clean, staff were courteous and very friendly. Location out of the hustle and bustle, but just a few minutes drive from anything you could possibly need/want. Only complaint is pools were a little sandy and could have been "vacuumed" more thoroughly...but there probably is no escaping the sand with the beach sooo close.

We stayed at Coral Reef from June 19 through June 23. Unit 301 was wonderful. It was very spacious, well decorated, and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The view from the balcony was fantastic. The pools were never crowded. We all loved Coral Reef.

We love staying at CR. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. This last time we had a few key items missing in the condo but the staff was quick to get us what we needed. The condo was clean for the most part but under the beds there was trash and a sticky spill. Kitchen was well stocked. The only thing that that would make this particular condo better is the master bedroom bed is rickety (hopefully it will be better next year when we return ;)). Yes we have already booked it for next year.

Used this room on many visits. In the past room was very clean. This trip the floors were not clean. My grandson is crawling. His hands and legs were blackish from the dirt on the floors.Rug needs cleaning. Housekeeping needs to do better. They are more interested in getting in and out. We will stay again...I hope it is cleaner next year.

Condo has a great layout. Plenty of room for 7 of us. It does however need a deep cleaning. Fan blades caked in dust. Floors had to be swept before we unloaded because it was dirty and covered in sand. We had a great time but cleaning definitely needs to be a priority.
