The villa is big enough to host a big company if you don' t mind sleeping 4 people in a room in some rooms so it's a good value for money. There are few game rooms: table soccer, snooker, table tennis. Pools are spacious and deep so it is comfortable to swim during summer i suppose. Quiet area, few nice restaurants in a walking distance.

Since we arrived at the end of october, we asked if the inside pool will be heated as advertised (after our complaints they took down "HEATED" from their description because it was misleading) they confirmed that they can do that, but it was not. Had to send back and forth screenshots of communication to prove that they confirmed. Pool is heated ONLY from the middle of NOVEMBER. Kitchen is way too small for big company: not enough/very overused pots and pans. Sunbeds were covered in stains because of humidity and dust, pool area electricity malfunction, after rain we had a leak. Windows were very dirty. Overall cleanliness is very average and it definetely feels like it's just rental business managed by some company not a private owner.
