Welcome to "Seaside Oasis," our stunning 3-bedroom home with loft, perfectly situated for your unforgettable vacation experience! With the capacity to comfortably accommodate up to 15 guests, this property offers a delightful blend of relaxation, luxury, and convenience. This beach home is new under our management as of April 2024.
Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a spacious and inviting first floor featuring ample seating, a fully equipped kitchen, and a generously sized dining area complete with both a dining table and bar seating. Whether you're preparing a gourmet meal or simply enjoying breakfast with your loved ones, this space caters to all your needs.
The first floor also hosts a cozy queen bedroom with its own private bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for your guests.
Venture upstairs to the second floor, where you'll discover the master bedroom boasting a luxurious queen bed, balcony access, and an indulgent en-suite bathroom featuring a jet tub and a tiled shower. Additionally, a charming bunk room with its own private bathroom awaits, providing ideal accommodations for children or additional guests. The bunk room sleeps 5. There is a twin/twin bunk and a twin/full bunk.
Ascend to the third floor and prepare to be captivated by the ultimate retreat space. The loft area is furnished with 2 sets of inviting twin bunk beds and a queen sleeper sofa, perfect for accommodating extra guests or creating a cozy haven for relaxation. This room is perfect for kids, with a half bathroom. Step outside onto the private sun deck, and work on your tan. There are lounge chairs on the sun deck. There is a small beverage fridge and sink in the loft so you don't have to go far to refill your beverage.
You'll find a refreshing pool awaiting your enjoyment, providing the perfect setting for soaking up the sun and creating lasting memories with friends and family.
Located just across the street from Rick Seltzer Park, guests have convenient beach access. A designated crosswalk ensures safe passage to the park, adding peace of mind to your leisurely strolls.

*Registered guest booking and occupying the property must be 25 or older. We do not permit parents to book trips for their high school or college kids, without adult (25+ supervision).
*Registered guest must complete the rental agreement, which requires a credit or debit card be placed on file to protect the home against damages.
*Absolutely no pets and no smoking. There is a substantial fine for either.
*ANY booking made within 48 hours of arrival will require CC and matching ID on file - no exceptions.
This property is professionally managed by Property Manager. Property Manager requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with.
