950 Sea Breeze Bay Waterfront: Pool, Spa, Dock Access

This unique upscale vacation destination is a four-bedroom, three-bath two-level home with loft fronting on Estero Bay, just at the mouth of the Gulf of Mexico. The home has a dock and a heated swimming pool with spill-over spa on a beautifully pavered and furnished deck area. The location is on San Carlos Island, just a short hop over the Matanza Bridge from Times Square on Estero Island, also known as Fort Myers Beach. Situated at the base of the Matanza Bridge you have easy access on and off the island without the long waits in traffic during peak season. Numerous shops and restaurants are just a short walk or drive from the house. Grocery shopping is super easy with the Super Wal-Mart only 2 miles north, or just 1/2 mile further is a newly remodeled Publix grocery store or Super Target. The location of this vacation destination also offers easier access to Sanibel Island, the downtown Fort Myers River District and Edison Winter Home, as well as Southwest Florida Regional Airport. These destinations are all within a 20-40 minute drive. Amenities include access to the dock and heated pool with spill-over spa, complimentary WiFi, all linens and towels, central air conditioning, ceiling fans and private washer and dryer.
On arrival there is ample off-street parking. Entry is via stairs or an elevator. Enter into the open plan kitchen, dining and living areas with vaulted ceilings. There is wood flooring throughout on the main level, with tile flooring in the bathrooms and carpeting on the second level and loft. The large kitchen has an architectural tray ceiling, granite countertops with tile backsplash, a European stainless steel sink with disposal, plenty of cabinets and all the items necessary to create full course meals if so desired. Just bring the food! Appliances are all stainless-steel and include a dishwasher, 5-burner glasstop range with self-cleaning oven, built-in above-range microwave oven and double door refrigerator and pull-out freezer with water and ice dispenser in the door. There is a large peninsular bar with cabinets on the kitchen side and three upholstered bar stools on the dining area side. The adjacent dining area with a bay window bench has a table seating six. This flows nicely into the living areas with two sofas with electric recliners and end table and coffee table on an area rug. Opposite this seating area is a fireplace, above which is a large wall-mounted flat screen TV. The entry foyer also has a bay window with seat cushion and there is also an area with two overstuffed chairs with accent table and lamp. It should be noted that throughout the length of the dining and living areas are expansive sliding glass doors providing access to a covered furnished deck. A gas grill is available here. Spiral stairs provides access down to the lower level pool and spa. Also in the living area in addition to the sliding glass doors there are large windows above.
The master bedroom is up a flight of steps or the elevator and has a king-size bed with night stands and lamps, a double tall boy dresser with large wall-mounted flat screen TV, and sliding glass doors providing access to a private covered balcony overlooking the bay. There are two large walk-in closets with built-in shelving and drawers, adjacent to which is the laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The en suite bathroom has a garden style jacuzzi tub with bay windows and view. There is a quartz-top vanity with dual lavatories with plenty of storage space beneath. There is a linen closet, a separate commode niche, and a nicely tiled walk-in shower with shower head and hand-held shower head. The ceilings in the bath and bedroom are vaulted. Also on this level is the first guest bedroom with a queen-size bed, night stand and lamp, three-drawer chest with lamp, ample closet space and en suite bathroom with a vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode, and nicely tiled walk-in shower with hand-held shower head, shower head and glass door. There is also elevator access from this bedroom. The second guest bedroom is in a loft and is up one flight of steps, furnished with two single beds, night stand and lamps, a vaulted ceiling and windows surrounding with awesome views. The third guest bedroom is back downstairs and has a king-size bed, night stands and lamps on an area rug, as well as an overstuffed chair and double dresser with wall mirror, wall-mounted flat screen TV and ample closet space. The hallway guest bathroom has a vanity with lavatory, storage space beneath, full wall mirror, commode and nicely tiled shower. Also on this level near the foyer is an entertainment room with queen-size sleeper sofa, accent tables and lamps, a recliner and credenza with flat screen TV.
****Note: The staircase to access the pool area from the main deck is blocked for repairs. To access the pool and dock you will have to go out the front door and walk down the stairs and then around the side of the home to go to the pool & dock.
This property has a limit of two vehicles per stay and boat trailer parking is not allowed. The boatlift is NOT operational, please tie your boat off.
