We loved our stay at this home! It was beautiful and we loved the vibe of man o way cay! Even when our stay got thrown a little curve ball- Lana handled the situation with love and grace! We will def be back!

the house is good for 2 to 4 people, but would be crowded with more than that, especially during rainy weather. it is adequately furnished, although with dark wood; it could be much lighter and airier. we were not informed of the broken dryer. as it rained for much of our stay this was a problem for drying wet towels, clothes, etc. owner's manual needs updating and should be sent prior to arrival (the information sent was not complete). there is no Firestick for the t.v. as promised. the rugs need cleaning, all are dirty. some towels and sheets (all white) have small stains. most importantly .we were not told that we should ensure a boat rental prior to booking. there were no rentals available over the holiday season. the owner said she had never encountered this problem before which is unlikely true. other renters we met had been unable to rent a boat six months prior to this christmas/new years season. the owner did not respond to phone calls or email questions. fortunately, residents of man o war cay were very helpful as was the G and L ferry service from Marsh Harbour. we are also home owners on martha's vineyard and rent our home on occasion; we always correspond with renters with any questions and concerns before they arrive; we check in with them during their stay; we are always accessible. although the property manager did respond (telling us the dryer was broken, after the fact) that is not the same as talking with the property owner.

Amazing! House had everything we needed and the grounds were beautiful. Our girls loved exploring the property. We will be back!

Excellent -beautiful, fun as well as relaxing property. Electric went out but never experienced outage because excellent automatic generator. Property manager very good. We’ll be back!!

The quintessential MOW home. Perfectly appointed with all of the necessities to enjoy a week on MOW. Beautiful grounds with a fabulous home. We will be back.
