I love that the rooms were large and modern and parking was underneath the building easy to walk to where we wanted to go thank you for a great day

Beautiful new hotel. It felt very high end. The room was very large. The towels were plush and soft. The bed was comfortable, although the sheets were a bit scratchy. Overall it was a great place to stay and I would definitely stay there again.

Brand new place, easy access

Grant Street Inn is a brand new hotel with a short walk to downtown Dunedin near shops, dining, parks, museum and walking trail. It is very conveniently located. The hotel is beautiful. We loved parking in the garage. We didn't interact with staff much but they were all nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our quick getaway!

This hotel is so new it still smells new. The room is huge with a lot of space. The water pressure is 10/10 and so is the bed comfort! Would totally stay there again! Also Dunedin is beautiful!

After reading other reviews I really had high hope for this place. I agree with others the rooms are spacious and the bed was comfy, but that was it. They really need to pay more attention to the details. There is more than enough room to provide more amenities. There was only one chair in the room and room for at least another. A luggage rack or bench at the end of the bed would be a welcome extra. There was no where to put your luggage and had to unpack from the floor. Not what I’d expect from a room in this price range. There was no closet, only a small wardrobe with 2 hangers. The AC in our room was so loud it kept us up all night. The balcony outside was a nice touch but the chairs are located right next to the loud AC unit so no atmosphere when using the balcony. The biggest disappointment was with the management. The next morning we went thru the lobby to go to breakfast. Unbeknownst to use the cleaning crew had just mopped the marble tile and I slipped and fell flat on my back. There was no sign out to warn people that the floor was wet. Who mops the floor without a sign, during peak hours when people are going to breakfast and checking out? I was laying there on the ground and the front desk clerk and cleaning person were more concerned about getting their sign out than they were about me. We asked to speak to the manager but were only given his name. It was very disappointing to say the least, manger never even contacted us to see if I was okay.

Brand new clean property great location

Brand new beautiful property in location convenient to downtown shopping and dining. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very pleasant stay. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

This brand new boutique hotel was perfect in every way. Free covered parking, huge rooms, very quiet and right near everything! The staff was very friendly and the huge balcony with adirondak chairs was a great touch. It feels more like a bed and breakfast and not at all like a normal chain hotel. We just checked out yesterday but we will be back for a longer stay this fall.

The property is new, only open a couple of months. It has a small boutique feel to it. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room was large, needing an additional seating option to fill the space. The rolling desk chair is the only option. I would suggest an additional towel hook at the back of the shower and lowering the soap dispenser. As a shorter person, one stray squirt would have ended up in my eye. 😃 Underground parking is a huge bonus! Overall I love this hotel and plan this to replace where I usually stay on my Dunedin visits.

Love the location and the fact that it was pet friendly is very important to us. Will definitely recommend and stay again.
