They put us in an accessible room because I had requested no scented items?? So gentleman at evening desk was very customer-focused and switched us to another room, advising they could do so again if second room has issues. A different gentleman at morning desk was very kind also. Comfortable bed, good water pressure in shower. Only odd thing was you can only exit property (as far as we determined) in the first row of rooms on same side at office.

You get what you pay for....I ONLY had one pillow that was barely a pillow and the room is spacious but you are definitely "GETTING what you paid for", not MUCH but a clean room, bathroom, fridge, TV, towels, THAT'S IT. BARELY A BIG enough soap to shower with and one tiny bottle of shampoo, that's IT. The Manager was VERY Nice and VERY kind but I did not want to bother him (or anyone else) for just another bar of soap at 5am when I realized there wasn't anything else. But this is a very nice, well maintained property, right off 270 in Hilliard, Tim Hortons is right next door and Bob Evans is Right across the street, with Other restaurants WITHIN easy walking distance, and 2 grocery stores: Kroger and Giant Eagle, also within walking distance (less than 1 mile) so a VERY convenient, safe, quiet location, just Not a ton of amenities on the property

the staff is supper friendly and helpful, the room was partially clean, the refridge wasn't cleaned properly, neither was the tub it had dirt rings around it, the sink had hair in it, the door didnt close properly you could still see openings.

It is close to the events I was attending.

Overall good experience, room was clean, lot not so much, but excellent for price.

There was a curb thst made it impossible for us to step out of our car and go into our handicapped accessible room. We had to walk at least 3 rooms away from our room to get onto the sidewalk.

Pretty much what you would expect for a motel at this price point, unfortunately the door was missing the privacy lock/latch and the bathroom was pretty dirty. Not so terrible you couldn't use it, but definitely a little gross. The room itself was clean and comfortable, the AC worked great, and the front desk staff were very kind.

Lots of smoking in rooms that were non smoking

Didn’t want to be barefooted on the carpet. Very sticky and the bed was incredibly damp. So much so I couldn’t sleep under the covers. Front desk attendant was nice. It’s a place to stay if needed I guess. Shower, bathroom etc worked fine

It was easy on and off the interstate.

The room was nasty it smelled like Sewer false advertisement they said they can only sleep for people in my bookings, always have My Kids on it. I have four kids plus me is five. They said that they couldn’t do that.

The property was safe, quiet, and parking was easy. The staff was nice and friendly.

It was cheap. I feel like the bedding was clean. The caulking in shower was moldy and needed redone. The shower surround needed cleaned better. The mirror at the desk was dirty.

When I first arrived the room was dirty and had a smell of smoke,there was burn whole's in the covers.I stopped right there and went to the office and was given another room. It was a better room but the tub didnt drain when I took a shower and we only had two wash cloths and two very small towel when there were 3 people staying, also the towel and wash cloths were very hard.

Good stay. When checking in the front desk guy was very friendly and even moved us to a quieter building for our stay. It is a bit run down but has what you need. Fridge was cold and microwave worked great. Although you step up into the room so everything is just a tad lower like the shower head and sink. Would definitely stay here again.

The person at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The price was fair. The doors were a little touch and go. The room wasnt as clean as it couldve been. There was a lot of dust on cords and the alarm clock and lamp. Bathroom was almost too small to use. Mini fridge didnt work. A lot of noise could be heard between rooms. Upon entering pur room to use the garbage there was a single condom wrapper and used condom in the trash which was gross. I hope the room was cleaned orherwise before our stay.

Bed was VERY uncomfortable...very hard...like sleeping on concrete !! Also hot water was not very hot...and not much of it...Property has gone DOWNHILL...lately...

Nice Quiet place to rest.

Some hairs on toilet and shower upon arrival. Poorly insulated so even with the AC on all night the room was hot and loud in the morning. Fine for the price you pay

The check in took forever. For whatever reason the booking was completely wrong in the system but correct through Orbitz. The room was completely disgusting, dirty towels, bed and pillows completely worn out, mold in bathroom, empty alcohol containers on window sill on our room. Never again.

What a find! Lovely place, no eclipse-tripping price gouging, and blooming spring bulbs right outside my door. Friendly night clerk. Would stay again!
