The room was tight but clean and sufficient. I was concerned about the lack of designated parking, but we were able to park our car on the street in front of the hotel and had no trouble. We picked the hotel for its proximity to the Staten Island Ferry, which we were able to ride for free and enjoy a day in Manhattan without the hassle or expense of staying in Manhattan.

What you guys did to a person who is not rich like your establishment
The wrong date was accidentally booked and so I never used your hotel yet you stole my money and refused to give me back a refund.
Nevertheless, God is good and will reward you guys for your crooked actions and behavior…
Wait and see if stealing from me will make you any richer, instead wait for your down fall, trust me it is coming…

It was a wonderful stay. The hotel was clean. They had breakfast and the staff was kind.

What a gem in the rough! I loved this place and while I got there late the area was easy to park across the street and the cool old cemetery is worth checking out too. This place was beautiful albeit loud as I was by elevators and a slamming door which eventually people simmered down.
Highly recommended and I’ll be back!

The Check in was OK but the area made me second guess whether or not I would enter. Across the street was an enormous amount of Garbage that had not been picked up in a while AND it was starting to spread out on the street. Very unappealing. Otherwise, the room was clean and the staff was courteous. I'm a bit bothered by a "holding fee" of $35.00 that wasn't supposed to be charged to my card, but was. I will be contesting that. Otherwise, I was only there long enough to change my outfit so it was OK.

This property is in a neighborhood that looks very unappealing. The hotel felt closed off from restaurants, shopping malls, and any other activities that individuals would like to enjoy. The staff was very nice and helpful but it is sad that they have to work in this hotel.

I understand that there is no parking lot, but there are no parking slots at all and the front of the hotel is an MTA bus REST STOP. So, needless to say, parking is scarce and it’s an unsafe area. So, having to park two or three blocks away when you have a sleeping toddler made me very unhappy. Then, I check in and make my way to the elevator which was dirty and I get to my room. The floors were dirty. The tub was not properly cleaned. The bathroom floors were gross and towels were very scratchy. $350 was absolutely ridiculous for these accommodations. Never again.

Property it’s self was nice, clean. Staff great. But the area around it I can’t say the same about. Area dirty and shady. On the plus side easy bus ride to the ferry. The bus is right outside of the front door.

I did not like that my television in room 209 did not connect to the server. Message stated "Source" no connectivity. I did call front desk and he asked me if I wanted him to come upstairs. As it was early morning, I was tired and told him no.
Other issue was that I could not buy snacks with my debit card. I was perplexed by it. I was offered the option of 2 complemtary waters. I was hungry, not thirsty.

Staff was nice. The rooms are small. It was a stain on the sheets as well as one of the towels in the bathroom. The room itself appeared to be clean tho.

Needed an affordable place to stay and this place was it. My main complaint was that the other guests were extremely noisy all night, and that my door had a gap where light and noise came in. Those factors combined made it hard to sleep. I had to go to the hall at 4am on a weeknight and ask them to keep it down, and put a towel in the crack and that fixed the issue enough. I did actually really enjoy the view of the cemetery and bridge across the street, and had it not been so noisy and bright it would have been a better stay.

I would say this is the best Days Inn I’ve ever seen. The brand has a bad wrap. This one is basically new. Location wise not the best if you are trying to do things in New York, but it does have public transit close. The AC was amazing. The breakfast was just coffee and some Croissants. They had cereal too but no bowls while I was there. The room was comfortable.

Thin walls. Couple in next room decided to engage in a noisy sex marathon for half the night. Felt more like a brothel than a hotel.

As a solo traveler, I did not feel comfortable walking around the immediate surrounding area of the hotel. Very small lobby with a small breakfast atea. Room was clean however just average for the price.
