The stuff was helpful and the bed was comfortable

There was mold in the shower, and the sheets was with dirt spots. The breakfast was tribble. I’m vegan and i didn’t had not even one thing to eat. I asked for vegan milk and the worker told me to go buy it from the supermarket

How noisy it was, doors slamming, noise from floor above every time they walked around and even hearing someone use the toilet, the walls are very thin and doors only close on a ‘slam’! Beds are very uncomfortable sagging in the middle. We didn’t have hot water one of the days and one morning breakfast opened over an hour late with no prior warning. I rang reception to complain about a workman playing music very loud whilst standing by his car at around 11pm but no one answered. The staff are all very young and unprofessional.

The price

It’s in a fun little resort community with many fun things to do within walking distance. Rooms were clean, spacious, beds comfortable, everything in working order. They allowed pets which was great. Staff was nice 😊

They had room key card door access locks you are supposed to use to get in and out of building 2 to unlock the door, but they kept the doors unlocked anyway which I felt reduced security of the building. Their hot breakfast was decent, but needed at least one other person running it to help up keep with the amount of people eating. If you went by 9am, a lot of the food was gone. I felt bad for the one guy trying to keep up, he was working hard and he just couldn’t keep up with demand.
