This hotel is perfectly located from shops, restaurants, sightseeing, etc. While the hotel itself is small, every inch is built and decorated elegantly. The rooms are immaculate and although my room was next to the main street (which was a nice view by the way), the windows kept the sound out exceptionally well. The lighting, materials in bathroom and it’s fixtures were 5 star quality. The staff were so attentive and nice, explaining every detail with a smile. My visit was on a Tuesday and the noise was extremely minimal, loved it.

The only few things that really ruined the rating to a 10 was due to the shower temperature. On my visit, the heat lasted for no more than 3 minutes while every minute shortly thereafter, the water became colder and colder which meant I needed to rush my shower. The shower head itself was also in need of cleaning as it was pretty rusty. The bed was also two twins joined together as one which didn’t help my sleep for the division in the middle. Everyone of course has their personal preferences in regards to the firmness on bed and although it was more on the firm side (pillows as well), I prefer plush. The bed issues didn’t provide me the best sleep to be honest. If these issues with water temperature and the bed were solved, I would not think twice about looking anywhere else to stay in Warsaw.

The staff was amazing and friendly. The room, the Mozart Room, was beautiful. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with a great shower.

Great location and the hotel was stunning. My room was absolutely perfect but my colleague's room was a little smaller. Bit disappointed that the bar wasn't available but there are plenty within a short walking distance.

Great boutique hotel near old town!

Location is very good. walking distance to many attractions, bus and underground stations are close to the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room is clean and have coffee machine, tea etc. But we found it was actually very low ceiling on one side of the room when we checked in. We had to bend over all the time to avoid our heads being hit. Staff said we can change our room but in a much higher price. But we knew the room was like that we simply wouldn’t booked it! How disappointed!

This s my 3rd time here.I got a softer pillow this time so I slept incredibly well. as usual great staff, location. Loved room 104. I got package delivered to a hotel, all smooth. I really like this place a lot. they will offer you a coffee while you are waiting for taxi for example and didn’t have breakfast. Those small details make a difference. you have noticed presence of guests from Poland, UK, Ukraine

the aircon still does those random clicks that last for some minutes and come and go several times throughout the 24h. This interrupted my sleep and gave me nightmares once. Tofu sandwich for breakfast follows now slightly different recipe and is not as delicious as it was, it’s just a small detail I thought to mention. very expensive hotel and breakfast should be included for all rooms and price points. The price for breakfast alone is 85 Pln so it’s super heft.

The staff were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. my room was modern, but with a traditional twist. Location was amazing for visiting the Old Town.

Not complete cosmetics in the bathroom

The hotel is beautiful inside and really comfortable. Good furniture, nice atmosphere. Nice stuff. The location was really great.

1) Wi-Fi: at the third floor it was awful. If you need to work or plan some online meetings be ready to use your mob internet. Every day I was promised a good internet but they didn’t solve this issue. 2) I couldn’t understand the thing when some representatives from the hotel tried to talk russian language to me. If I have my Ukrainian ID and speak English it doesn’t mean that I’m a russian speaking woman. 3) I lived at the room dedicated to Chekhov. Didn’t get it honestly. I don’t want to be connected to the russian culture and to see a Chekhov’s portrait near my bed. 4) noise: be ready to the noisy street. Police cars, public transport, street singers, drunk people (all night long): I heard everything. Conditioners also work noisily.
