Nice cottage, comfortable beds, great kitchen, beautiful yard with lots of seating options, tons of flowers in the yard. Parking was easy at the house but you can also walk to downtown Napa.

If you like clean, comfortable, well appointed, and location.... This is a must. Just a three day stay this time but we will rent this beautiful home again!!!

We absolutely loved staying at this property. The host went above and beyond for us during our stay! Super close to downtown Napa so we were able to walk or ride bikes. The house was super clean and had super cute! Would stay there again for sure when we come back to Napa!

What a great place to stay in Napa!The home was very well-equipped, plenty of space, everything you need for a visit to Napa. The location is excellent, clode to stores, Starbucks, a great diner/bakery, walkable to the downtown/riverfront area. The host was very helpful with info about restaurants and activites nearby. Overall, it was a great experience.

The experience staying here was one of the best i've had on VRBO so far. The host was amazing, and she treated us like we had been friends for years. She gave us great recommendations on where to eat, and it was walking distance to a nice little cafe to get some breakfast. There was Chandon champagne chilled upon arrival, and ghirardelli chocolates which added to the romantic aspect of the trip. It's the little things that matter! The photos don't do it full justice. The bed was very comfortable and my girlfriend and I both slept great. We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Napa as it had a great location, and the house itself was very clean and well stocked. Can't wait to visit again!

We just loved our stay! After traveling over the pass from Reno in a snowstorm we were greeted with local champagne. It was a lovely way to get our trip started. The place was clean, comfortable and really helped to make our stay in Napa a pleasurable one. It was centrally located so we had a short drive to the main streets and amenities. The host was kind, easy to work with, and responded quickly when I had questions.

The unit was close to downtown (we walked each night) as well as clean and comfortable. Cute little 2 bed/2 bath lower level unit. The home is fully stocked with everything you need and more. Conveniently located to the main roads as well as downtown. Management/Owner was super nice and helpful. I definitely recommend this unit and will most likely stay again.

This experience of staying there has been one of the best vrbo experiences of all time (and I Vrbo a lot). This was different than any place I have ever stayed! Our water heater broke, our host was immediately on it, and even welcomed us to shower in another area, which was super needed as we were getting spruced up to go out to the wineries! The house was perfectly decorated and offered us a bottle of champagne , water etc! Although smaller, it was more than accommodating for 5 of us! We spent time getting to know the host and pretty sure we left with an amazing new friend! She is the best host we have ever had at a vrbo and would 100 percent return to this property! Such an amazing time ! I 1000 percent recommend this place and can’t wait to come back!!

We were so comfortable during our quick trip to Napa. The unit and property were beautiful, the photos don’t do it full justice. Every detail of the decor and house amenities were very thoughtful. The bed was so comfy I didn’t want to get out of it. Not only was the host Cici friendly and responsive, she also gave us great recommendations on food, wine, and experiences in the area and even helped us find transportation. We’ll definitely be back and we hope to keep in touch with the host who made our stay even more special. 10/10 rating. Thank you!

My review: Wow! The trip was amazing and my fiancé and I couldn’t be happier with our stay. It was excellent and absolutely gorgeous!! Just what we needed for our getaway. It was also a very cute quiet neighborhood yet still close to downtown. We walked to and from. Would definitely stay here again, we’ve already booked our next stay!

This is a very nice, convenient place to stay in Napa. However, in the description of the property, no where does it indicate that this property is a first floor of a house in which there is a second ‘property’ on the second floor of the house. The sounds and activities of the people on the second floor were quite loud and noticeable. Additionally, the description of the property makes no mention that the second (very tiny) bathroom is at the far end of the house from the bedrooms and that it is essentially next to the back door. The inconvenience of that placement is something that had we known might have influenced our decision to choose this property. While we appreciated the responsiveness and help of our host and found the property clean and well stocked, these issues were concerns.

It was a great location with an easy walk to Oxbow Market and many restaurants, and we used ride shares for winery tours. Enjoyed morning coffee on the front porch. The house was comfortable and fit our needs perfectly. The 2nd bathroom is very small but functional. The owner responded quickly to all our questions. We would stay there again.

The property was perfect for what we needed and in a great location to both downtown Napa and heading north to vineyards.

This was the perfect house for our stay in Napa. It had everything we could need, plenty of space for four of us, and the location was super convenient. What really put our stay over the top, though, was the host. They went above and beyond with recommendations for wineries, restaurants, itinerary suggestions, etc. They were also extremely prompt in communicating, answering our questions before our stay, and generally making the entire process incredibly smooth. We would definitely recommend this house and hope to stay there again the next time we visit Napa.

Good property location. The kitchen was well stocked. The only negative was the 2nd bathroom is extremely small and if people are staying on the top unit you can hear them walking on your head while you are sleeping. There is an upstairs and downstairs. These are 2 separate units we were on the lower unit.

This house is exactly what it looks like in the pictures. Host is awesome and easy to access. She was waiting for us when we got to the property to answer any questions. Will definitely stay here again!

We love this property. Location is perfect, just off the freeway, but very close to downtown. Walking distance to Starbucks and a cute little bakery for breakfast. This is the second time we stayed at this property. We really appreciate the small touches included. Champagne chilled upon arrival. Chocolates as a treat. Great decor, upscale casual. We will be back again.

Convenient location to restaurants and shopping. CC was responsive and offered suggestions. I would suggest that the listing state that it is a bottom floor of a 2-story building that has another rental on top. Although the renters above us weren't necessarily loud people, we hear their voices, footsteps, and even going to the restroom, which was very unfortunate. There were 2 parking spaces which one day they made it nearly impossible for us to park b/c of the way they parked. The address is incorrect on the listing which I had to double check with CC when I received the vrbo notification. The 2nd bathroom is not insulated, but I was not surprised since others had mentioned in their reviews. If we had any colder temps than 40ish, it would have been too cold to use. Although the location was nice, CC was a good host, and it was well equipped inside, I would not rent again unless I knew nobody was renting upstairs.

Great house. Owner obviously takes great pride in this house. Good location. Home has every thing you could possibly need including nice beds and linens, fully stocked kitchen she was offering restaurant and wine tour recommendations. What more could you need?

We had a great stay. CC was amazing and had champagne waiting for us on our arrival. She was very accommodating to our needs and made recommendations for places to go. It is very easy to walk to the downtown area. This is a very small cottage and there is limited storage space in existing closets for suitcases/clothes, especially in BR 2. We also were not aware that there is an upper level to this home which is rented. Each footstep above is easily heard down below. Overall, we would stay there again though.

This home is very clean and extremely well stocked with most anything you could need. Our host was easy to communicate with and helped us with advice and suggestions for things to see and do. The address on the listing is incorrect but we did find the property without too much trouble based on information provided. I would easily recommend this property to anyone wanting a clean, comfortable, quiet neighborhood that is located in the heart of Napa as your temporary headquarters!

The home was beautifully decorated and very clean and comfortable. The porch and courtyard was so peaceful and tranquil. The Owner was very helpful in giving recommendations for local restaurants and wine tasting. Will be back - highly recommend to all!!

We had two couples in our group and this house fit our needs very well. It was nice to have two bathrooms and two bedrooms. Our check-in host was very lovely and offered many suggestions for places to visit while in Napa. Minor drawback was that the address on the VRBO listing is NOT the address of the property, thank goodness the manager had texted us prior to arriving with directions to the property. I would suggest correcting this on the listing.

Perfect place and location to get to anywhere within Napa, walk or drive to dining

This property is very nice. Comfortable furnishings and beds, better equipped than anywhere else we have ever stayed, and within walking distance to downtown Napa. We sat on the front porch each morning and evening but there is a patio set around the back that can be used. The only complaint, if there is one, is that the rugs could be cleaned. I wouldn’t really say it’s a complaint though. We really enjoyed our stay!

We walked to downtown Napa each day and enjoyed the excellent food and service. This was the ideal location for us to visit the wineries and capitalize on the beauty and amenities of Napa. CC is an amazing host and the unit was perfect. Walking distance to Oxbow and the park for music. Great coffee nearby. Loved having off street parking and house had all of the amenities you could ask for. We had five people and everyone was happy. Would recommend in a heartbeat.
