Location on the beach can't get any closer! The outdoor shower was awesome! Everything about this house was amazing! Even the simple fact that we didn't have to go anywhere else for a key since it was a keyless entry with a code! We will beback for sure!

Our recent stay at the charming beachfront townhouse made for the absolute perfect anniversary mini getaway! The location was perfect, close enough to anything we needed, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle. We were treated to breathtaking views of the ocean from sunrise to sunset. The multiple balconies provided us with the best of both worlds: on one side, we marveled at the tranquil intercoastal waters, while on the other, we were mesmerized by the rolling waves, playful dolphin, fishing vessels,& the beautiful moon at night. It was a truly magical experience. The townhouse itself was equally enchanting, with its cozy beachy interior. The fun outdoor shower added a playful touch to our beachside retreat. Inside, the master bedroom was a sanctuary of comfort & serenity, each night the smell of the salty air & the soothing sound of waves lulled us to sleep. We woke up refreshed & walked right out of our master suite to the beach for early morning treasure hunting & beautiful sunrises. Perfect amenities & thoughtful touches enhanced our stay. The host's attention to detail was evident, from games to play on rainy evenings, binoculars, to fun cocktails serving pieces. They are prompt to reply & when asked gave recommendations for local dining & activities. We felt cared for & welcomed. Our stay was the perfect blend of romance, relaxation,& adventure. If you're looking for a dreamy coastal getaway you will find it at Stella Maris's charming oasis by the sea!

Perfect location for beach access. Would definitely stay here again. We were able to stay Saturday night, since we couldn't check-in until Sunday due to the tropical storm. Thanks for everything!

This was our third year here In North Topsail staying at this adorable, well equipped and wonderfully decorated townhome. We love staying here and the beach and convenience to walking on the beach makes it that much better. Again, 5 star place with great landlords. Thank you!

We spent a week at this gorgeous home and are already looking forward to our next trip. The location is fabulous: quiet neighborhood, a short walk to the beach, and close to the larger, more touristy Surf City, if that's you're thing. The hosts are amazing and responsive, and the home itself is perfect for smaller groups. I can't say enough about how great our experience was--for our host, thank you so much for sharing your home. If you're considering this one, it's absolutely worth it.

The beach house was exactly as described. We enjoyed waking to the ocean every morning. Walks on the beach, shelling and enjoying Topsail Island.

We loved our visit to Topsail. The listing was even more beautiful than the photos. Doesn’t get any better than sitting on the deck overlooking the ocean and reading a good book. Literally steps to the beach. We will definitely book with Anais again for future visits.

We really appreciated being SO close to the beach, especially since we have kids. The house appears fairly recently renovated which was nice. Amazing views of the ocean. We saw dolphins playing from the living room! There is really no beach at all during high tide so plan shore time accordingly. The only complaint we have is that one of the beds was not clean. Dirt and hair on the sheets from a previous guest. Thankfully there were spare sheets available. The rental process was super easy. We would definitely stay here again if we were to return to Topsail. We had a great weekend!

This is a very comfortable property: the views from the decks and the living room are just lovely! We watched dolphins plain gin the surf every day. Property was clean and well-appointed. Our daughter enjoyed the games and water toys that were available. We're hoping to be back!!

Great little beach get away! Property has all you need for a relaxing stay. Views and location are perfect. Only note would be it is a 1-1/2 bath not the 2.5 or 3 as advertised- as including outdoor shower as full bath is a bit reaching- but for the two of us it was perfect. Thanks for sharing your property.

Great place to stay

Our son is currently stationed at Camp Geiger and when we learned that he would have a short liberty period over Christmas we decided to head down. The location is great…close to the camp but far enough to feel like you were away. The setting was first class. We watched dolphins play from the balcony and saw some beautiful sunsets. Everything was as described and we thoroughly enjoyed spending our time there with our family. Truly a home away from home.

This property was the perfect place for us to enjoy liberty time with our son. It was about 30 minutes from base- so perfect for getting him back and forth, but also far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet.

This was our second year staying in this cute end unt and we again were not disappointed. The Jones are wonderful landlords and go above and beyond to make the time in their home a place you would want to come back to every year. Thank you, thank you, thank you~ Until next year~

Very clean with all the amenities needed for a beach vacation.

Our family of four had a great stay on Topsail. So close to the beach, perfect for families with small children or a grandparent not wanting to walk over dunes or far out onto the beach - very accessible. Beautiful beach and we loved the Tutle Hospital tour while we were there.

The property & location was exactly as described, fit our needs perfectly, stayed w/my husband and two daughters (9 & 12), it was a great size, right on the beautiful beach of topsail, had everything we needed, would definitely book again!

We enjoyed the beautiful view of the ocean from the deck. There was quick and easy access to the beach. The beach was not overcrowded like some beaches and felt very private for our family. The condo was very clean with plenty of supplies.

Property was very clean and well maintained. Location was great and had everything you could need for a great vacation. Our family really enjoyed this property and had a great time.
