We had a lovely stay. We had a lovely welcome from the front desk even though we arrived at 3am!! Nothing was too much to ask not that we had to, but the place was lovely, amenities within a 5min walk, seafront is a 10min stroll and loads of cafes and restaurants to choose from. Beautiful surroundings and the locals were all so friendly.
Would definitely recommend and would stay again!!

We was delayed due to a snow blizzard and didn't arrive until around 3am..... Mustafa waited at the hotel for us. He was very friendly and helpful.

The person in the room above us had music blaring from TV at max volume from 12.30am to 5am. It was not possible to sleep. No staff available at the reception at that time.

was nice and spacious enough, and nice balcony to sit out and enjoy the cool weather during the evenings. good short walk to the beach.
bathroom was a little dated and run down needs to be freshened up.

We lived in the Mersin viphouse hotel for more than two weeks. The hotel is being renovated and updated. there is an elevator. large balconies. there is everything you need for cooking and washing clothes. Most of all I want to praise the hotel staff, especially Alina, she is the kindest sympathetic person, always ready to help at any time. staff like this make you want to come back to the hotel
