The house and location were perfect for our vacation. We stayed for a week and had absolutely everything we needed and then some! The owners were amazing and truly thought of everything. The location on the island was great, with extremely close proximity to the lake area for swimming and kayaking and the pool was beautiful at the rec center. We would absolutely stay here again!

We came as a group of 12 (5 adults and 7 kids ranging from 4 to 11) and we had the absolute best time! The golf cart was such a fun addition, the house is beautiful, everyone we met on the island was friendly and kind, and there is always something to do! We fished, swam (both lake and pools), played mini golf, caught the sunset, made s’mores, watched deer - you name it! The house is fully stocked with necessities and we felt like family friends staying rather than guests. Very thoughtful hosts!!!! We will be back next year!

100% one of the best VRBO's stayed at. The clean open space, extra amenities, fun things in the area/location put this over the top for a place to stay at for Tablerock/Beaver Lake. We had 10 ppl. Plenty of sleeping space, blankets, pillows, etc. Open floor plan - Kitchen, into dining room, into living room - easily accommodates all the coming/going, eating, board games, lounging, etc. Awesome firepit with plenty of chairs, a huge deck, & a grill. They provided smores, charcoal, even firewood, yard games, bug spray, citronella candles - everything to enjoy the outdoor space! The kitchen is very well stocked with plenty of dishware/cookware, plastic non-breakable for kids, no shortage pots/pans/utensils. Even fun extras like drink blender, awesome coffee maker (pod OR filter/grounds), grill set/lights, cool serving sets - again just everything you need to relax or entertain. There is an electric 6-seater golf cart which is super fun + convenient to popping over to the lake or pool or rec center. There was easy parking for out boat & the marina was 2 mins away. And as i mentioned the extras here was unexpected & very cool - board games, ping pong, corn hole, jenga, fishing stuff, a kayak, salt lick so deer come right up to the house, good wifi, record player, tv's in every room, plenty trash bags/soap/clean up supplies, smores, firewood, charcoal. Ben was very helpful & responsive. He said we want ppl to enjoy it like we do & we did. They made that possible & very comfortable

I really can't say enough about this property. Everything was better than expected and I have no complaints or even suggestions. We came with several teens/young adults and I loved being able to spend so much time enjoying each other (and not on our phones). The view is gorgeous from the property, front and back. We took advantage of the use of golf cart and saw even more beautiful views in the area. The beds were really comfortable. The kids loved having outlets and fans near their bedside bunks. Bathrooms were great, fully stocked with towels and mounted shampoo and body wash. The kitchen was stocked with all you might need and more. We used several of the gadgets provided, including the griddle, ice cream machine, waffle bowl maker. The outside grill was great and firepit was lovely. We all enjoyed the many yard games available. Communication was outstanding from the very beginning. Probably the most accommodating place I've ever stayed. I would not hesitate to send all my friends and family here. Some other things that were nearby that we enjoyed: golf, hiking, boating (we rented from the marina), pool, Eureka Springs. Sun Fest Market had all of our grocery needs, and Hotboxx Woodfire Pizza was incredible. Both are nearby.

I initially booked just looking for a nice place to stay but the property owners created such a wonderful experience. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The property owners were very responsive and included several unexpected perks to use during our visit. Truly above and beyond!
