I recently stayed in this amazing accomodation that exceeded my expectations, especially for the price. Spacious, clean, and bright, with a comfortable bed and plenty of storage. The thoughtful touches like fresh towels, toiletries, and a welcome bottle of wine made it feel extra special. The host was incredible – friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. They even provided great tips about local spots to check out. Great location, excellent value, and warm hospitality – I highly recommend this place!

I had a wonderful stay in this accomodation– it was beyond what I expected for the price. The space was bright, clean, and roomy, with a super comfy bed and lots of storage. Proximity to the airport

The details of the stay went into my junk mail and when I tried to message the owner he did not reply. Had to phone the number several times and once I got hold of the owner I found him rude, obnoxious and aggressive. Never provided negative feedback to any property before but I definitely couldn’t recommend this. I would avoid.

Myself and 2 friends stopped here the night before our flight, we arrived late on the Tuesday the host met us at the door very unwelcoming. Showed us our rooms made it clear the areas off limits which was the living room and his room, he lives in the property which we all found very strange and unsettling. The description for facilities says sound proof rooms that is just a lie because everyone could hear the host snoring through the night and some chime going off every so often we all had a terrible sleep. The rooms were no better he done all his own DIY by the looks of it half finished jobs and bodge jobs all over. Tea and coffee facilities in our rooms were awful.

The property is easily accessible to the airport and only a 40 minute bus journey(25 minutes drive) from Liverpool city center. It was the best value for money available within a easy bus access from Liverpool. The host made every effort to make it feel like a hotel facility. The rooms and bathroom were very clean and well maintained. Host was very helpful.

I was unable to turn off the window light or shut out the outside lights with the blind so it was a bit brighter than I would have liked for the night sleep. I would have also a dedicated parking spot instead of parking on the road, although it was safe..
