Most of the staff was very nice, but some didn’t care how they acted. I wanted coffee but there was no cream. I asked if they had more they said no but the next morning cream section was full.

Dusty and the bed spread and carpet looked 1000 years old. The room smelled moldy. AC filters should probably be changed.

Some guests were smoking cigarettes and weed in their rooms or by the side exit which made the hallway stink badly. Other than that, it was decent, it feels just a little dated.

This was my worst hotel experience ever. Firstly, the cardio equipment was broken throughout my stay, despite my complaints. The front desk, especially Amy, was unresponsive. She ignored calls and was often distracted by her phone, even admitting to watching Netflix instead of assisting guests. Her lack of accountability was frustrating. However, the evening attendant and a deaf housekeeper were exceptional.
The room was standard, and breakfast, though basic, was adequate. They offered water upon request, which was a plus. Overall, while the room and breakfast were fine, the persistent issues with the gym and front desk service significantly detracted from my stay.

My stay was great. The only issue I have was the older Lady working at the front desk. I asked for some towels and she looked at me and questioned me asking did I not have any in my room with an attitude. Other than that everything was great.
