There was no heat in our room. It was 60 degrees inside and out and when we asked about heat the front desk said there wasn't any.

We were extremely happy with our accommodations at La Concha! Right on Duvall Street within easy walking distance of many of the typical sights you’d want to see and experience in Key West.

I stay here most times that I'm in Key West. Last year during the remodel was a rough time and not a pleasant experience. But this visit,
seeing the transformation of the hotel, it is absolutely beautiful. The staff was amazing also.

It was great location, just didn’t like that there was so many extra added fees that wasn’t in initial price. So it was a bit of a surprise when we checked in!

While many aspects of the hotel were great (food, drinks, most staff, location) The main reason for a poor review is due to ill-informed staff and made up excuses. We chose this hotel based on location and the fact he had a pool. After booking I read a google review that the pool was closed for renovation, reachout out to hotel.com, after an hour, they responded that they spoke to the hotel and the pool would be opening in a week, and prior to our arrival. I wasn't sure, so I also called the hotel, and the front desk told me it would be open. Move forward to check it, the pool is closed, excuse is it didn't pass inspection. The pool had unboxed equipment everywhere, drilling and building work going on, it was nowhere near ready. After some pushing they said no resort fee (or whatever they call it) and breakfast credits. Some staff at breakfast said the credit was for both of us, others said for one of us. Then at check out, after being told nothing was getting charged to the card, I see 3 of the 4 days have a $30 resort fee, even after being told it would not be there. Again, more time for us to sort that out. Otherwise, hotel is great (rooms are small). But please list this property with a closed pool and educate your front room staff when things will be working

Hotel was under construction during our visit and I either missed the memo or didn’t see disclaimer when booking. No pool due to construction. Room was super small and tight to the point of feeling cluster phobic. Room also smelled very humid.

The staff was very kind and accommodating. They went above and beyond to meet our needs. We loved the old feeling and decor of the place mixed with the updated renovations. We also we love the lore of the facility. The idea of staying in a hotel that is said to be home of paranormal activities was a huge bonus for us.

Had a great stay! Drove to key west and had lots of parking spaces! Was $30 a day to park unsure if that was advertised in the description. They have complimentary beach chairs and towels which was nice and the rooms were updated and clean overall great hotel!

Me and my husband were so excited to visit this resort and were very disappointed from the minute we arrived. If you check in before 4:00 you have to pay $300 to enjoy any of the amenities on site including the pool. Next we were able see our room, the outdoor oasis tub was filled with debris and bird feces. The pool didn’t play any music half of the time and rarely had entertainment. You are asked to tip after everything you consume which I have never experienced at an all inclusive. Staff was unfriendly. We finally found a great fresh squeezed pineapple drink they made in house on Friday. They ran out after our second one. We were disappointed to learn the next day they had no plan in for making anymore and we were just out of luck. The pool area was very disappointing. It smelt like sewer everywhere you went. Nothing you would think a resort at this kind of price would have. The view of the water is brown and unflattering with some low grade floats in the water. Have never stayed at an all inclusive that was this bad! Will never return, wanted to leave 15 minutes after getting there but they would not offer a refund

I did not like the fact that both the pool and the gym were not available during our stay. They did make up for it with vouchers for breakfast.

We were unaware of construction when we booked. No pool was upsetting due to the extreme heat. The staff was very apologetic and they offered alternative pools at other hotels.

Only thing is if you rent a golf cart you have to pay $35 to park it at the hotel. That sort of sucks because they don’t tell you that when you book it. The concierge lady at the desk that booked it for us didn’t even know the hotel charged the fee. I would definitely book this hotel again.

The pool is closed and the hotel offers the opportunity to go to an adjacent hotel for the pool, but you have to sign up a day ahead of time to use it.

Ask if the pool is open, ask about the gym, ask about the construction noise. Get the managers name you are taking to. We showed up to be told the pool and gym were closed. They offered to get us into another pool 1/4 mile walk away. No bueno. Very thin walls. This will be our last stay at La Concha despite this being our go to for years due to location.

Hotel has construction going on, if I had known that I would have chosen another one. Had to wait 10minutes for the elevator. We had to take two different elevator to get to our floor. One to the second floor then walk a long hallway to take another elevator to the 4th floor. We couldn’t use the pool it was close .? They told us we could use a public pool when we got there it was way to many people in that pool, could not go swimming if I had known all this inconvenience I would of picked another hotel. The air condition was dripping water had to put a towel on the floor. Not happy !
