Good location and has restaurants nearby with one being open 24 hours. Room was nice but the floor was not carpet and didn't seem to have been swept and mopped well or at least regularly. I could feel more than a reasonable amount of dirt everywhere when walking. The Heater and AC were on a push button system and couldn't be set for automatic temperature to regulate. The Heater didn't work correctly and would only blow Heat when it was at the highest setting and anything below that would blow cool so multiple times during the night I had to get up and turn it from high to a lower setting so it wasn't sweltering. When it got to be to much Heat and I did turn the AC on it was loud and annoying. Breakfast was alright but wasn't what I expected. Eggs appeared to be powdered and sausage appeared more white than brown so I didn't eat them. Waffle was good. Only juice was grape but had an odd taste. The staff was nice. The night lady was conversational and friendly. When I walked in reception that morning, I don't recall the morning lady saying hello before immediately saying she needed my name and room number for breakfast. I was headed to the restroom first and I informed her of that and when I returned I would provide it. She wasn't rude just automatic. She was nice, friendly and understanding when I was checking out and mentioned my issues with the Heater and AC issue, I know she wasn't able to do anything to assist after the fact except say she would get the issues looked at.

We had a late check in and staff was friendly and helpful. We asked what was close by for food options and they even looked up the closing hours for us. Room was clean and comfortable. Definitely will stay again.

Lobby could be cleaner, more inviting. The breakfast room is clean, food is good. The rooms are clean, a little worn on door of bathroom. I liked the Dove soap. Roll-in shower needs a slip-proof mat. I didn't take a shower because I felt unsafe. The price was good, though, and the bed was clean and comfortable. The railings and steps from the second story were very wet in the morning and I asked for the railing to be wiped dry, but they wouldn't do it. The girl checking us in was nice enough. We stayed twice and I would stay again because the price was right. I usually stay at the Hampton Inn but it was unusually expensive. I did remember Ramada used to be more fancy.

It was convenient and quiet. Great staff. Rooms need major updating but it was comfortable, clean and we got much needed rest. Breakfast looks and smells delicious.

Had 2 rooms but ended up not being close to each other (other side of complex) becsuse carpet was wet in one room. Our room did not have any tissues in it. Had to eat breakfast outside in the misty rain and wet seats because there were very few tables in breakfast area.

This property is convenient and centrally located between Trinidad and Eureka and most of the staff is helpful and friendly. That being said - it’s a bit unusual to have to ‘check out’ a hair dryer from the front desk and I strongly oppose the text message asking you to check in the day before you are to arrive - this form requests a copy of your ID be attached. And worse yet Expedia also forwards a copy of the same form - talk about an opportunity for some identity theft!

Room was average. Shower didn't work. It was temporarily fixed enough for us to use it. Didn't try the included breakfast as the room it was to be served in looks messy. Do not think we would stay here again. Had high hopes as this was a Ramada. Turns out it is independently owned and operated.

We were pretty disappointed about this stay. We travel quite a bit and this was one of the worst hotels we have stayed at. Super dirty, no locks on the outside doors, so anyone can walk in, no elevator, so you are dragging your bags up flights of stairs, limited amenities. Just not worth the cost vs. value. I will say that their staff was wonderful.

Super dirty, no locks on the outside doors, so anyone can walk in, no elevator, so you are dragging your bags up flights of stairs, limited amenities. Just not worth the cost vs. value. I will say that their staff was wonderful.

It was a great location for us since we were dropping my son off to Humboldt. Staff is really nice and accommodating. Rooms are spacious and clean. Parking lot is small a bit weird layout but good enough.

It was sufficient, but over priced. I recently spent 3 nights in Beijing in a very nice hotel and spent less than one night here. $109 a night seems reasonable, not $205. Breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly.

This does not measure up to Ramada's standards. Room is old with an attempted remodel done along the way with1960's style curtains, seal broken on the window on one side so you can't see clearly out of it, stains on the walls, stains on the bathroom caulk, food was left in the refrigerator from the last visitor that was not removed. When I went to take a shower the adjustment for the handle was wrong so all I could get was lukewarm water. After starting to shower I found the liquid soap was empty. All in all very disappointing.
