I never experience anything like that in my life first of all the the smell of the area was awful, got into the room look up in the ceilings big roaches crawling on the ceiling omg when i pick the phone in the room to call them the phone is not working. Everything was just terrible

There were so many things wrong with our stay. I booked this hotel for three reasons. One was it said it offered cribs. I was told the day of arrival that wasn’t an option and I couldn’t have one. The second reason I booked was somewhere it said they had free breakfast. Never was I directed to or saw any indication of breakfast. Honestly I wouldn’t have eaten it though since as soon as we walked into our room there was a roach in the bathroom that I killed. And my sister killed another the day we were checking out. The third reason I booked was because it said they were queen size beds. Since I had two small children I knew would sleep with me (since the cribs weren’t available) it was important I got a queen size bed. Yeah these were definitely full beds which forced me to argue with one of my kiddos that they needed to sleep with their aunt and not me. Overall I do not recommend this hotel. I don’t usually leave reviews but this stay was so bad and we were victims of over promised and under delivered. This stay has turned me off to the days inn name entirely.

We ran out of Toilet paper the first night. The role that was in there was nearly finish and when requesting it from the front desk, we were told there was no one available to bring it up.

The floor was dirty when we checked in and the bathroom smelt of urine. I notified stay in the morning as we didn’t use the room til really late after traveling. They cleaned the room but after cleaning the tub was very slick and I proceeded to fall in the tub while showering. They really need antislip mats or stickers in the tubs. But would stay again in a pinch.

The floor was covered with crumbs in the corner. The one chair had pieces of potato chips. There was a 1/2" gap between the bottom of the door and the floor. Spotty wi-fi. Old run down = lipstick on a pig.

The rooms were recently renovated so they we nice but that was the only positive. There were roaches in the room and the staff wasn't polite. I booked a room for 4 guest but there were only 2 towels. Figured, not a big beal so i asked the front desk for 2 more. They said no, and if i wanted 2 new ones, i had return the 2 i had first. So basically, only 2 people could shower at a time. I had to argue to get to additional towels. Also, no soap in the shower and no cups with the coffee machine. Wouldn't drink the coffee anyway as it expired in 2022. The free breakfast was limited and the coffee was cold. Guessing it was from the day before. Also, they had signs posted that you couldn't take any food out from the dinning area.
For me, they were conveniently looked and the room was decent but you have to set your expectations low for everything else.

The hotel room was very nice very clean. I’d just suggest they close the bathroom door and clean well there. The breakfast was terrible and not worth it. But the room was nice safe big and comfy

When I arrived the place looked nothing like the pictures which have obviously been doctored. The place looked old, rundown and unsafe. I asked the front desk to cancel and they indicated it would be a full night's stay to cancel so I checked in to see if we could possibly just sleep there one night. I went to the room and felt like if I stayed I could be murdered in my sleep. The room looked nothing like the pictures and the bathroom smelled like sewage. I immediately checked out and had to still pay for the night. This was a hard lesson learned.
