Room was never cleaned even after many request to do so, no tissue paper unless I asked, horrible place, dirty floors and card never worked properly.

Mold in the shower and floor. Human hair on the floor. Cops were out front. Parking lot was quite littered with trash. Desk lady was rather rude. Refrigerator had a dirty fork left in it. One bar of soap that was used multiple times. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had in thirty years. Hotel was booked up so couldn’t get another room.

The front desk male was nasty and rude on his personal cell phone. He didn't want to help us at all. He told the person he was talking to, " I need to help this customer." We told him that the Red Cross made our reservation due to an apartment fire. All he said was no reservation and went back to his personal call.

We stayed here for a music festival in Bridgeport and it was super convenient being only 13 mins away. The room was clean, beds weren't very comfortable. Some of the lights didn't work,but overall a safe and quiet place to crash after a 12 hr day!

The towels were not replaced after the first night. Also, the towels have seen better days and they should get new ones.

Looking almost like a bed bug.The staff were so unaware Of what was going on at the hotel that one told us that the pool was open And another told us it wasn't. Then we looked out at window and The pools was green And unusable. The reason why we booked that hotel was for the pool. We ended up having to go to the beach and spend foury dollars. Then we ended up with a parking ticket for $88. Because it was not clearly marked that there was a parking fee Aunt no one was around to collect any money. Please take them off your list of places to stay. I like using hotels.com But need to be able to trust them at the hotel will be in decent condition. I am unable to upload pictures on this website. It smells like urine near the elevator. Loud music till 2 am from other room. Smells like marijuana in the hall ways. Staff seems totally stressed out. Last resort place for me.

The front desk lady was RUDE ! And didn’t seem like she liked her job! The place smelled like mold and the whole hotel is dirty due to them not cleaning the carpets from having pets!!! Never again! Also the sheets were thin and if you didn’t have to AC on it was muggy!

Listen I wasn’t expecting a grand experience but this is truly the worst place. Beyond gross. The room was dirty (yellowed towels, toenails on the floor, spiders along the vanity, rusty toilet). The entire building smelled strongly of weed and there was a constant revolving group of people hanging out & smoking in the parking lot. Neighboring rooms were noisy the entire night; bags of empty cans outside of doors the next morning. Zero sleep. This was also my first experience booking with Hotels and frankly I wouldn’t trust it again; the portrayal of this motel vs the real-life experience was downright deceptive. It showed a 6.4 “rating” which is clearly fake or outdated — a quick Google search for this Motel 6 shows the real reviews and they are all horrendous with nearly identical experiences. Absolutely do not stay at this motel.

The staff was super friendly and nice. The room was clean- beds were clean- felt reasonably safe- Tv had no signal and light over the sink outside bathroom don’t work. Cheap room served its purpose for one night.
