The front desk was very rude at check-in, I was overcharged for breakfast. I was overcharged at the bar because their Internet had went out during the transaction and they kept arguing it didn’t charge when Indeed it came out twice. The room smelled like straight cockroach spray, the pool water was dirty. Not worth the money we spent.

The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It was surprisingly quiet. I chose the all-inclusive option. The food was okay, not great, but edible and I didn't have to cook it.Options were very limited in foods and snacks, and the quality of these was mediocre.

I liked the security it was very safe
They need more work and organization in the area of beds sheets towels garbage bags having a number you can call to ask for towels linen etc. and menu needs more work and those small glasses to have a drink are so small better big also why’s going on with the restaurants around the resort the snack bar closes early the other one by the beach is never open oh and the parking is free but they treat new customers to better parking and what about the ones that are staying long that are there longer should have their own parking area no they make you park far don’t like that because people that have conditions but don’t have the tag for it to park on those special parking they should work on that and last the beds are bad the bed sheets everything needs update you will freeze with those blankets very rough and the hair dryer smells like poop and don’t work change them please no I would not stay there better pay more for better service.

Broken air conditioning, safe not working, beds are slanted. Need to change beds, no coverings on mattress. You really need to provide better quality food and drinks if you are going to charge up the prices. The quality of the food is terrible.
Cleaning ladies and cleanliness of the rooms and surrounding property good. Need updates. Was the first years ago and now is about the 4th and going down. I used to love their club sandwiches years ago. Now it is so hard to see it go down the drain. Please fix the food and change what’s old and not working and provide good service. Some of your staff is excellent. It seems like upper management should be changed.

I really like the pool area, bathroom areas excellent, I felt safe and cleaning staff were excellent.
Cash was not allowed which I was a problem since I was not able to get a drink.
The guards outside were amazing!

Because it was low season, not all restaurants were open. They had specific serving hours. Almost no staff was around and the food menu was very limited.

This was my first time a telemar. I went with my two kids ages 12 & 2. The staff was amazing and extremely professional! The place was clean and comfortable. The amenities was good and there’s something for all ages. The resort was extremely safe! Would book again and always recommend

The shower spray al over the bathroom, the smell in the room terrible. No one is cleaning the pool area ...found dirty sock ketchup bag wings bones and straw all around the pool. The delfin staff is amazing aswell asfood and drink. Bella Vista is super clean and staff friendly. There is lot to do to keep the resort in a better shape since the price of everything
