This was the worst experience I have ever had at this location. For the past 15 years I have stayed at the same Red Roof. Ambrosia was the individual who checked us in. Not overly friendly and our room was not ready. After deciding to put us in room 136, my partner and I entered the room. The floors were sticky and It was so hot in the room, we turned down the thermostat to 50 and it was still too hot. The A/C unit is so loud so we were unable to cool the room overnight and because they are under renovation, we had no access to open the windows as they were sealed shut and covered in plastic wrap. The safety lock on the door was broken, there was a very bad odour to the room. The tub was disgusting stained so we did not use it at all. Kleenex, what you don’t provide anymore?! So we had to blow our noses with toilet paper. When checking out there was a guy who was not very nice. He asked us for our room keys, I gave him my card and he berated my partner when he pulled out his wallet that he didn’t need his ID, when he was actually getting his key card out. I told him not to be so rude!!!! There was never a question if we like our stay or not!!

It was old , supposed to be smoke frer but our room had a strong weed smell, the key card worked 1 time out of 10 the shower head leaked outside of the shower. Water damage on the wall s in the bathroom, the ac was super noisy tv was very old lamp were rusted . Other than that the room was clean I would not return

Coffee empty. No lids anyway. 2 towels only in room. When I asked for towels at the desk I was told not until I brought the ones in the room back. Desk clerk rude and playing on her phone. No Kleenex and a sliver of soap was all that was provided. You get what you pay for.

This was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. You almost sunk to the floor when getting in.

Our room was not ready till 8:10pm when check in is at 3pm. The room was ok but there was these tiny bugs flying around. The door lock was broken, there was stickers from clothes on the back of the door, makes me think they did not clean very well. One person checked in and came back 5 minutes later wanting there money back because smelled like smoke. I would not stay here ever again and suggest you don’t ether.

The room was tidy but smelled like cigarette smoke. The desk lamp kept flicking on and off. The room telephone was so disgusting and I would have never have asked my son to use it, had I seen it first. Everything else was clean and tidy.

In reality, there were many bugs flying around in the room, bathroom etc. My whole family was affected by bed bugs and we are still undergoing treatment for the same. The property owners should at least maintain basic sanity and safety measures. I would not be visiting this or any other Red Roof properties because of this experience.

The room was sticky and unclean. Only put one towel in the room booked for two people asked for a second towel and was told to come back later as they didn’t have any. Did get one later but took it the next day and again only left one towel. Lots of migrant workers onsite drinking and running around the site.

We enjoyed the location as it was close to a main road and area but tucked away in the country. The property is surrounded with nice trees and grass. They had picnic tables and a small grill to use outdoors.
