I was very disappointed in this hotel. I used to stay there a couple times a year but it has been a while. The halls were dirty. The carpet was stained. The pool and hot tub were broken. And it smelled terrible. I had to run the fan in my room to help with the smell. I will not be staying there again.

The bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was instant eggs, but we just needed to sleep and go, so it was fine.

Front door to my room wouldn't stay closed without deadbolt..found a bug in the bed in the morning which grossed my wife out big time..not staying here again

Overpriced for what you get. Air conditioner didn't work properly, internet inadequate, and housekeeping staff unprofessional.
The air conditioner does not work well and could not keep up with the heat. As a result, the room was warm the entire night, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.
Internet was hot-or-miss. Some devices connected, while others did not.
Housekeeping attempted to enter room in the morning WITHOUT knocking or identifying themselves, despite the "do not disturb" sign being on the door. This is incredibly rude and unprofessional.
The continental breakfast was decent and the beds were comfortable, but nothing about this stay or hotel justified it costing $200 for the night. There are definitely better places in town to stay; choose one of them instead.

The clerk knowingly gave me a room with a broken shower. She then told me that there was nothing she could do about it, and refused to refund my credit card charges. My brother and I were stopping in Fallon after hiking Wheeler Peak in Great Basin and driving 5 hrs to the hotel on our way to Bay Area. The hotel and staff were a nightmare, we left and found another hotel.

The pool was in a separate building so you would have to go outside to go to the pool and when getting out, although it is listed as an indoor pool.

Property did not book the correct room for us and didn't cancel a room that we had cancelled prior to arrival. Then refused to issue a refund even though they put us in a room that we didn't reserve. Conditions were fairly nice and bathroom was nice, but the guy who checked us in couldn't even tell me if there was a sofa in the room or not.
