Updated remodel with modern appeal. Lobby bar entertainment in the evenings. Free shuttle to local areas. Very Comfortable beds.
Only issue we had was the shower would not get fully hot one day but was later fine.

We were in the room by the elevator and you heard the staff at 630am going up and down the elevator for about 1.5 hrs. I would not recommend being next to an elevator

Overall the stay was average. Staff were efficient but not overly welcoming or anything. Beds were very firm. Room was very dry, which caused us to frequently wake up/toss and turn a lot. We appreciated the small upgrade to a different view, but overall felt like the 1 night stay was plenty.

We were quite a bit early, and our room was not ready yet. The staff took care of our bags and delivered them to our room while we did a little shopping nearby. The room was wonderful. Hotel is right in the middle of shopping and restaurants. Great restaurant right in the hotel also. Only drawback was no continental breakfast offered. There was coffee.

The hotel was beautiful and we had such a great view of the lake from our room. We could have walked to Traverse City (it was cold and windy for our 1 night stay). The hotel upgraded us to a lakefront room that had floor to ceiling windows.

Enjoyed our one night stay very much. The staff was outstanding and very friendly and helpful. Shuttle service into Front Street and a later dinner at Stella's was excellent and timely. Room was very comfortable and well-appointed although bed was somewhat squeaky which was good for a few laughs...

Everything was great. Very friendly and hospitable staff. The property is great in every area except the breakfast area which looks like it wasn’t brought up to the standards of the rest of the facility. As an interior designer I notice what needs updating. Some how this area was overlooked like tha money.

Our stay was wonderful! The staff was welcoming and helpful. The hot tub, pool, sauna, rooms--everything-- were clean, and there were no hesitations to utilize the amenities. Breakfast was a quick grab and go which was nice.

The rooms were nice and clean and comfy. The view of the bay was beautiful. The patio bar was fun for our family gathering and complimentary breakfast was also very plentiful.
My only complaint was the bathroom vanity size very minimal size for getting ready. Also the closet rods were low to the ground and had to hang up bridal dresses and didn’t want them to get wrinkled on the bottom.

We love the Delamar. Great setting, restaurant, and services. We traveled this trip with a friend who is a paraplegic. Her “accessible” room was not accessible. The hotel did attempt to assist by lowering one of the beds, but there were not a power assist door to her room, no towels and because the room had two beds, there was no open area to maneuver with a wheel chair.
