Nasty hotel and a nasty staff no customer service what so ever

Great location, within a few minutes walk of the Duomo. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I was a little disappointed by the room size as there was not much space around the beds; although there was a wardrobe, there were no drawers and no real space to store suitcases. We had to call maintenance twice; the safe was locked on arrival so we were unable to gain access to it and on the second day we arrived back at hotel to find our room door open. On further investigation the lock had somehow broken and it seemed that when the cleaners left our room, the door had not shut behind them. There was nothing missing but this was a little unsettling. Maintenance arrived quickly both times to resolve the problem. Also, the plug in the bath/shower was broken and did not lift up to allow the water to drain but we dug it out with our fingernails so we didn’t have to bother calling maintenance again. It was a little annoying that all these things occurred during our short stay. Finally, we were again a little disappointed that, on arriving just after midday at the hotel, we were advised that a room was ready and available… for an extra fee of €50 (for under 3 hours). I feel It’s a bit of a shame and money grabbing to try and obtain extra money from your customers when the room is ready for use. Overall, this is a nice, clean comfortable hotel but I would have expected just a little bit more for the price.

The hotel is centrally located, convenient to the Duomo, restaurants and shopping. The rooms are clean and have most amenties except for an iron. The concierge was beyond helpful, caring and knowledgeable. The restaurant food was not great.

we were 3 days in this hotel, unfortunately they didn't clean our room in the morning. they gave us worst room in the hotel.

This is my second visit to the NH Milan President and it didn’t disappoint. The location is excellent, the breakfast is great and the staff is quite helpful. We were very happy with our suite and our stay there.

I rated good because we could not get internet the entire stay. They said it was our phones but we got internet at all the other hotels we stayed in on our trip. Also our first overnight there the next day they didn’t clean our room until 5 pm when we had been gone the entire day since 9 am and were trying to get ready for a concert. I told them three times to give us 30 min and they finally came in and cleaned while we were getting dressed. I know help may be hard to find but we had been gone since 9 am . Good extensive breakfast and the reception and bellmen were very helpful and patient with guests.

It was wonderful! Great location, rooms are very spacious, breakfast is great, very chic and clean, and all the staff is fantastic! I was amazingly suprised.
