This place is average at best. Our room had a terrible smell, at when we told the staff, they were a bit rude. Also, housekeeping is skimpy on the daily cleaning, the coffee is awful, and we were wrongly charged for things we didn’t purchase (e.g. restaurant charges and a late checkout fee when we checked out an hour before the actual checkout time was up. The staff refunded both of these charges but still. A “luxury” hotel which they call themselves should know better)
Overall, the hotel was fine, but not worth the price it’s charging and the staff was rude.

This boutique style hotel is in a great location in town and staff and amenities are first class. Great view of the ocean. The beach and restaurants are within walking distance from the hotel. Did not eat at the hotel’s restaurant Adelaide but heard it was very good. The hotel room was quite nice and the bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel.

Property is great but needs chases replaced around the pool, music is very loud around the pool and breakfast staff can’t handle many guests arriving for breakfast. We were told that wait is 30-40 minutes even that they had tables available

terrible experience. room was hot and stuffy and couldnt get it cooled off, when i left for dinner i asked them to fix, came back 10pm and still hot and stuffy. went back to the front desk and they offered another room that was just as hot and stuffy. slept like garbage. you pay extra for places like this hoping for an elevated experience and that they have it all figured out. they could care less. it was as if i were the 40th complaint that day.

Staff was super friendly. Room was dated. Bed was great. Had the touch you would expect from this brand presentation etc.. but the product physically could have been better for excellent. Expedia had a super rate and I left happy to be sure. For the price I paid I would stay there again
