The hotel is amazing, the service and staff at bar outside was great, however the steakhouse restaurant was very slow even when there were few customers at dinner time. It’s very expensive for not reason because food and services are not high quality.

Lovely, easily accessible spa, immediate beach access, outstanding dining options, super friendly and accommodating staff, pefectly maintained facilities, beautiful location. However, avoid popular weekends unless you enjoy boisterous, flashy and judgmental crowds. Amazing spa but staff needs to strictly enforce “no cellphone” rules. Some guests FaceTime in the jacuzzi.
Room decor is whimsical. Blending classic with loud & funky. Gorgeous view of the ocean from the rooms but a little musty smelling from all the humidity in the environment. Recommend keeping the balcony door closed and the AC running all the time.

Private and right on the water. Publix across the street and 20 minute drive to main spots. Will definitely stay again.

Nice resort. The fine details need attention in the rooms.
The refresh of the bathroom cabinets was a bit sloppy (crooked and paint) the soap dish was installed crooked and looks like it was reused. A line to hang wet bathing suits or rack would have been nice. But these are nit picky items.
The staff, was as good or better than the four seasons and the Breakers. The food was on par or above the other two resorts also.
Oddly, for a French named resort there is no French restaurant. But a sushi, steak and Italian one. Like most others.
The grounds were well kept and in good shape. The spa was nice.
The cabanna was nice and the staff great but they need a service button.
The concierge knew their stuff.

The service was impeccable, especially if you run into Ahmet, who works at Polpo almost daily. All of the staff go above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable. The only recommendation I would make, would be to add a more convenient (and complementary) option to get to Palm Beach proper for shopping and dining. Maybe a shuttle or hotel car. The drivers would surely earn tips, if saving a family $75 Ubers....

Beautiful hotel. Service was top notch. Loved our stay; only wish it were longer. Pool service was excellent. Complimentary sunscreen provided when we noticed we forgot ours.

Lobby and room was beautiful. We purchased the least expensive room with a limited view but it was still amazing. We could see the pool area and the ocean beyond. The lobby and room decor were lovely and everything was clean. The employees were very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay.

We’ve been here several times in the past year and will continue to return for the amazing service we experience. Very family-friendly, but also a great getaway for couples. Super convenient kids club, which allowed my wife and I to enjoy our vacation even more
