This was my favorite hotel on our trip. The location is in the central part of the city, with a lot of good things to see nearby. There are dozens of options for dining and a supermarket in close proximity to the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were great. The front desk staff speaks English, and they were always kind to everyone in our group. The spa area was well equipped and clean. There is a parking garage below the hotel which was reasonably priced and convenient. We will return.

Comfortable hotel . Room was nice size and very clean. Liked the heated towel rack!
They seemed very short staffed with one person running back and forth from checking in guests at the don’t desk to pouring wine at the bar.

Staff are friendly, rooms nice and clean. Very happy with it. Location is good, just 5 minutes walking to the historic center.

Great stay nearby the main square. Room was spacious and well designed, the rain shower was great and they use products from Rituals.

The room was comfortable with separate toilet from shower. The shower was forgetful and great. The beds were very comfy. I liked being able to use the exercise room. The hotel was extremely convenient for walking around downtown Clermont-Ferrand.

Personal items in bath room are taken and broken by cleaning person, probably by mistake, this could happen, but some employees in front desk really need a good training to learn how to communicate with clients in a such situation

The hotel was good and I had no complaint about anything. The only issue was parking which you had to walk 5 or 6 stairs with the suitcases before getting to the elevator.
Also, there was a fee for parking which was annoying.

Very clean hotel in a quiet area. Had a family room which was big enough for us all to get a good nights sleep.

Just a stop between spain and belgium . Great stop.friendly people . Excellent room for tree persons.and everything very clean. We come back next year. Greatings.

Vheck in was quick, however the receptionist guy that helped us had no interest in being friendly. When we asked questions he responded very fast like trying to get rid of us soon. Not very polite I would say....and to me receptionists are the face of the hotel.
