The oceanfront bungalow was fabulous! We really enjoyed the views from the lanai. The manicured grounds were amazing with plumaria trees and mountain views too. We had breakfast in the restaurant and thought the food was great and the waterview was very nice. I will be coming back.

Gorgeous property. The staff was equally amazing especially Selma & Kepa. Everything about our stay was amazing. We only stayed 1 night which was too short. Longer next time it is expensive but worth the splurge.

The 4 stars was because the rooms needs little bit of upgrade. Everything else was excellent. Highly recommended if you are making your drive to Hana .

Nice property and great location but it’s not worth the price. Lots of ants were in the room. Restaurants were just ok. Better to stay elsewhere and leave early for the drive to Hana so that you can drive back to your hotel.

Beautiful hotel with idyllic setting in Hana Maui. Large rooms which now have Air conditioning!!! and amazing views. Unfortunately they removed the Jacuzzi that was at the end of their beautiful pool. We feel that this was a big mistake and always looked forward to spending time in the Jacuzzi watching the ocean and unwinding from our day in Hana or our drive out from Central Maui. One of the true highlights of our multiple stays there in the past. There are rumors that they are going to be putting it back in which I hope is true. They cannot consider themselves a resort or spa destination without it! Food and setting for breakfast at the hotel restaurant was excellent. Unfortunately, they have also now closed the restaurant for dinner and the only option is to go across the street to Hana Ranch restaurant. Food is good but hopefully the resort can figure out a way of opening the restaurant or bar area for evening snacks or food and drink to elevate it back to the level this property so deserves.

When I called the front desk, they said they'd ask their activity lead if anyone was coming and text me back. 30 min later I got a text that so activities that day were cancelled. That's a big reason why the resort was so appealing and they didn't even have the courtesy to tell me when I checked in and told them how excited I was for the activities (hula dancing, lei making, yoga).

There is one atm available. If you have no cash there are limited options for food or basic needs. Everything is super expensive so if you did have cash it runs out quit. Overall the island is beautiful but stuck in the 50s and the locals do not like tourists. For the future I’ll skip it and go to friendlier places.

The property at Hana was breathtaking. I was able to relax and unwind and the views at every turn perfect. Had a great stay and will be back!

Loved the bungalow but every time you pay with points you become less priority. I paid for ocean view and ment a lot to me and I’m pretty sure it was a partial view of the beach. I had 75% of my view was the next bungalow. When you pay with points, you become less of a important customer.

Was surprised by the fact there was no air conditioning. Wasn’t a big deal since it wasn’t too cold (visit was in Feb) but it should be clear because this could be an issue in the summer. We still had to sleep with the fans right on us. Loved that there were no televisions, but again wasn’t aware of that either. And after a long hike, it would be nice if there was a hot tub. That was also surprising. The property was beautiful and peaceful. Just missing a little something.
