The view made me book this hotel. Nice hotel. Clean. Plenty of options for food and drink and there is an arcade which was a bonus for my boys. The girl at the front desk who checked us in was not very attentive. Seemed more interested in her phone. Didn’t even tell us where the room was, just handed me the key cards. All other staff on other shifts were very friendly. We didn’t have any issues. It’s a convenient location to get to restaurants and attractions in the area. Parking ramp right across the street is 3.50 every time you exit it which is kind of annoying. There was a sign that said something about a hotel pass but when I asked the girl at check in she said it’s 3.50 upon exit. There is some street parking but not much. I would stay here again.

Parking is 3 blocks away in a bad neighborhood because parking garage is broke. People walking up to you asking for money. Talked to front desk and said they would refund the remaining stay and never did. Said hotel itself is safe but they dont recommend leaving the hotel. Id avoid this place at all costs.

Second time staying here. Great hotel with very friendly staff! Wonderful views of the harbor and Lake Michigan. Only thing missing was the fresh baked cookies

Hallway carpeting looks dirty. Room carpeting looks dirty. Checking in, front desk lady acted like she didn’t want to be there. Very flat affect and uninviting. I opted to pay for breakfast, food was basic hotel food, better off eating out. Bathroom, the smallest I’ve seen in a hotel. Not worth what I paid for.

I like that it was walkable to dining options. I didn't like the room that we stayed in, Bathroom was to small, your can hear the ice machine so loud and since the room was at the end of the hallway near a back door you can hear people all night.

Our stay was good, except we couldn't get what we needed at the lobby sundry shop; it should really have female hygiene products along with tylenol and advil. Staff is average.

Very nice stay. My room was located by the "ballroom" which had a celebration going on that was so loud you couldnt hear the TV. Luckily I had my noise canceling head phones. I had dinner, soup and oysters in the attached restaurant. Tara (no H) was extremely attentive with great recommendations, super fast service and humor.
