First time staying here. Liked it so much, will be booking another stay in Dec, 2024.

Nice, clean hotel in a pretty big city. Lots of convenient restaurants nearby.

The first room we were checked in to smelled so perfumy and heavily frangranced that it gave my husband and I a headache and started giving us a sore throat. It smelled like a grandma who smoked lived in that room and you tried to mask the smoke smell with her perfume. We finally got moved to a different room and it just smelled very strongly of wood polish, which was an upgrade but still not ideal. The beds felt very old and worn down or maybe just very cheap. Will not be staying here again, dispite the sign out front that said the rooms had been newly renovated. The 2 ladies at the front desk were very kind and helpful but they told us they were helping out from the hotel next door. But I'm so happy they were there because she said the normal lady would be mad that she moved us to a new room.

We were put in a handicap accessible room right beside the elevator. Unfortunately we got to hear the coming and going of most people in the inn. The room had food crumbs and dirt scattered across the floor under and around the desk along with allover the seat of the recliner. The rest of the room was clean. We do have a suggestion. Staff needs to stay off their cellphones while working. While eating breakfast a guest kept blowing her nose up by the food, threw her tissue in the trash and started wiping her nose on her hand. From there she started touching the door on the refrigerator, the bagel/bread boxes and the toaster along with trailing her fingers over the countertops. If staff hadn't been on her cell phone she would have seen and been able to wipe down all surfaces so another guest wasn't exposed to who knows what. Nice hotel, but not likely to stay there again based totally off of the lack of cleanliness.

Toilet wasn’t properly attached, slammed the wall. Thin walls, could hear people in other rooms. Otherwise nice, convenient and comfortable bed. Breakfast was cereal, muffins & yogurt, coffee & juice.

Close to interstate but loud next to off ramp

Good value. Nothing fancy. Clean.

Front desk staff very friendly. Easy check-in, nice room, quiet, clean, comfortable. Easy access to main highways. I will definitely consider staying at this property again. I wish every hotel stay was this pleasant.

for the price I paid ($86 per night), I think I got what I expected. stayed here as part of a layover during a 10 hour car drive to Pittusburg. So no complaints. decent hotel, provided a decent breakfast even though not a hot breakfast, its ok. will consider this for break journeys.

I am a Platinum Marriott and Diamond Hilton member. But needed an affordable place in this location last minute. The place was great. Seemed very Clean, friendly staff, decent typical free breakfast. I'd stay here again no problem. The rooms have been recently renovated. Bed was not very luxurious, but was perfectly fine.

Arrived with numerous groups of men in the parking lot with appearances that made me uneasy.
