Decent accommodationa, definitely older building. Fixtures were rusted and dated, toilet paper is so very thin, mini fridge makes a horrific high pitch whine, and the teeny tiny pillows on the king bed were kind of funny. One of the pillows was decent, the other felt like it had been stuffed with other, shredded pillows and blankets. I stay at a lot of hotels in this price range and I've been much more impressed.

We were rather disappointed with the stay. We stayed for a week in 2023 and has no issues. Because of this, we reserved a room for my brother-in-law so he could have a restful sleep for couple of nights. This was not the case. He was kept awake by constant loud voices and doors closing. The sheets looked as if there was blood spots on them and they were a grudgy brown. He used many wipes to clean up, they were black when he completed the clean. The remote was sticky. Most disappointing 😩.

For a 3 star hotel it was better than some of the 4 star accommodation. They after free hot and cold breakfast from 7am til 10am. If you had a question about something, They were always there to help.

The hotel was fine, the condition wasn't the greatest... there were leaves up and down the indoor corridors, but the room was good. The only problem was the noise. The room faced a busy highway (the QEW) and the windows were thin, so the traffic noise was very loud all night long.

The room was pretty great, there was someone elses hair in the tub/shower and on the towels (but they didnt looked used) everything else was great

Great hotel, rooms had been recently renovated and bed was very comfy.
Walls are quite thin so it is a bit noisy.
Shower head sprayed out the side which means it goes on the floor but this is just a maintenance issue which should be an easy fix, wouldn't put me off staying again

Upon arrival, front desk was excellent , but when going to room, found room lights not working properly and tv service was garbage. TV kept freezing on any channel.
During checkout, inquired about TV and was told there was issues and management would reach out when my statement was emailed to me, still no statement ???
PS: Wake up call was 10 mins late

The key cards keep getting demagnetized and we had to go to the front desk each time.
We were in room 237, and I was in the bed closest to the wall, and I got bed bug bites the first of 2 nights. My room mate in the other bed did not have anything.
It’s on the side of the highway in an industrial part of town, so the Expedia questions about “how is the vicinity” are hard to make the property shine. Good for where it is.
