The location was ok. Due to covid we did not have our room clean every day which was understandable but we did not get enogh towels or pillows. Otherwise everything was fine.

Stay was comfortable, but only after settling into the third room.
The first room - the toilet flush did not work. OK, this happens.
Reception upgraded me but gave me a room that when I opened the door, there was another person getting out of the shower.
The third room was perfect.
Before attributing a second room to a guest you should always verify that it is not occupied. And if reception work is done by a trainee the manager or supervistor should be checking the trainee's work. it was not the trainee's fault. this should not happen

This has to be one of the worst ibis we have ever stayed at, the room was so small good job we never had a cat because we could never had been able to swing it.
There was no Airconditioning so we had to open the window, but the room we had was overlooking the roundabout, and the noise was unbelievable it sounded like we were on the cercuit at a Grand Prix, all in all it was one of the most dreadful experiences we have ever had to endure, and for an honest opinion it should be demolished, I will be making a claim for full compensation.
