The parking lot was filled with massive holes which if you get in late you wont see. The room was clean no bugs that we could see, however our toilet wouldnt flush and our bathtub/shower water ran a brownish color.

They have German Cockroches and they new about it. They refused to refund us our money. DO NOT STAY THERE !!!

My room was adequate - however, within 30 minutes I realized my white socks were very dirty and they had attracted a LOT of long black hairs. I’m older and I have gray hair. Also, I was sent an email a few days before my stay that said get 10% off for a ‘One Night Stay’, at check in I was told I couldn’t use it as I would need to stay one night and book a second night - was that miss advertising??

At the surface level, the hotel was fine and met expectations of a hotel of this category. However, there were some issues that warrant a reduced rating. Of primary concern to us was that the rear hallway/stairwell entry has an open access. We have never been to a hotel where such a door wasn't restricted to guests with a key card. The pushbar of that door was broken. The door issues affected our feeling of safety. Our bathroom floor was very dirty between the door and the tub as if the floor is only mopped with the door open, never getting to the area that would be behind the door. It seems that the people running the hotel do care about the property and perhaps it is undergoing upgrades and renovations, so we may consider staying there in the future.

Room was clean. And comfortable, i stayed 7 days, but not 1 day did housekeeping ever come to see if i needed anything.

Very nice staff. Clean, quiet rooms. Great breakfast. A ton of TV channels! Giant TV!! Spacious room! Would highly recommen, and will stay here again!

Upon checkin we reserve king size, which is located on 2nd floor; diid not see or it was mentioned about any elevators, asked if we would take two beds, it not realize they were full size and so soft and lumpy, we had a horrible nights' sleep. Upon entering room saw a bug by the sink and a large hairball on floor by toilet. Bathroom has buckling floor and rusty shower. Temp of room was a good ac system; could not log onto wifi just used our smart phones. After a terrible night sleep got up and saw a water bug in sleeping area. Had to unplug microwave to use fridge.

Room was terrible…mini fridge was dirty and gross, the pipes under the sink leaked and left water on the floor, no washcloths, and so much more. Only positive was the breakfast. Would never stay there again.

We stayed over night and the hotel seemed very modern. But the wood floors causes echos in the halls and with kids still running around near midnight, and slamming doors, we did not get a good night sleep. It seemed like they were still remodeling as there were lamps in one area, not hidden from view. Our room was missing kleenex, and a light bulb in a floor lamp. On the positive side, breakfast was very good!

The front looks great, then you pull around back to get to your room and pass literal craters that will eat your car to park. None of the doors leading into the building have locks or even door handles. From the moment you walk in there is a disgusting odor and it just looks like the place hasn’t been cleaned since it opened. The hotel sheets were bright yellow and the pungent smell of smoke was awful. The room also looks like it’s never been cleaned. I ended up not staying for the 2nd night that I paid for and the 1st night I did stay I ended using my emergency sleeping bag from my car to sleep on instead of inside those nasty sheets.

Cleaning needs shown to staff …use a broom and update bathroom shower and faucets and tub is unsafe

The room floor hadn't been cleaned or swept in a long time by the looks of it. The included breakfast was scant and none of the normal continental breakfast items???? Stay away from this place!!!!!!!!!!

Everything is excellent. Need to add milk & cereal in the breakfast. Smart T.v. Have Wi-Fi connected, easy to roam YouTube& other channels.

Building is old and drab and surrounding area is bleak.

I was honestly concerned when I pulled in the parking lot because there were a crazy amount of potholes and it overall wasn’t in great condition, but as soon as I walked inside it felt welcoming and safe. The room itself especially was super clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Overall a 10/10 but I was concerned for a moment
