The woman who was in charge of the breakfast area was quite rude. I asked her to see the ingredients in something ( I have allergies to food ) she was not helpful and replied “go in my car and go buy something I could eat “ i feel that ingredients should be made available to everyone. I was disappointed in the way it was handle

Interior spaces and pool needs to be updated.

The beds were comfortable and showers were hot. Aside from that the towels were tiny and dirty. The elevator had no lights and I took the stairs on account of the droning sound it made. I cut my hand on broken tile in the rundown pool. The owners should feel lucky it was not severe but it could have been as the edges are sharp on broken tile in several areas. Unbelievably someone glued the tiles on and they're falling off. Breakfast was a limited disgusting joke. And last this is NOT oceanside. It is two blocks to the beach with buildings inbetween.. Overpriced and I will never stay there again I assure.

Hotel is very run down. To get up to our room we had to an elevator that had four flashlights in each corner keeping it from being pitch black. Once we arrived in our room it looked alright, until we took off the top blanket only to find a bug. The shower also only had burning hot water or freezing cold. Terrible pressure. The breakfast is sad. Hardly any options and did not look appetizing. Would never recommend this place. The pool was so dirty and full of sand. Not sure why? The slides also full of sand. Kids didn’t even want to go in it. The only good thing about this place is its steps away from the ocean! I advise you to find another hotel.

I received a double bed instead of a queen

Ihave to do a rescue booking because couldn't stay in not even one night, i check in at 3 when to check the roon and did not even take my luggage out of the car, when out and get another place to stay. Not recommended to anybody they have to improve better, it's ashame because it's in a perfect location

First room beds are really bad and came in after all day in the heat thinking our room would be cold at 11pm and come to a hot room ac stop working had to move us at midnight to new room floors dirty with hair no shampoo even after we went down to the desk to get some she said they would bring it up and never did. Will not stay again

Wanted an affordable place near the beach, with breakfast, so I chose this 'hotel'. YUCK! The outside is run down, looks like a motel. Pretty lobby, that was about it. The rest is just dirty! Green mold on pool slide for kids, elevator floor & tracks were FILTHY, hallway carpets were disgusting, ice machine didn't work! They said we had a very nice room; yeah right. We had #414. Soon as we got off elevator, black, disgusting carpets! Opened our room door, met with a dingy smell. Room door wouldn't lock- we struggled to get the door to lock, it still didn't feel safe. The room itself was terrible! Holes in the asbestos (popcorn) ceiling, you could tell there were leaks that were poorly patched. Cracks running along the length of the wall by the single window. The room felt like a trap, just one single window (only thing good was the beach view). Dingy bed sheets, looked like they hadn't been washed - just turned over. Torn bed skirt, dirty carpets, we kept our shoes on, dingy, thin tiny towels, dirty fridge, no water from shower, terrible 'breakfast' (worker coughed over the bread while putting it out. We felt so gross and uncomfortable.CHECKED OUT AFTER 2 HOURS! Told manager Gail about the subpar condition. she refused to refund our stay, even though Orbitz ok'd it. Hotel still charged us for 3 NIGHTS even though we stayed only 2 HOURS in the filthy, unsafe room. I've called, left messages since to discuss my refund, and NO ONE HAS CALLED BACK. JUST KEPT OUR MONEY!

I had an unpleasant experience at the hotel due to the staff's behavior. The value was not worth it, considering the room and bathroom were not clean. Breakfast did not meet expectations. The check-in clerk was unprofessional, and there were issues with double charges on two different credit cards. Additionally, they did not inform me during reservation that parking was a paid service, and I was charged extra during check-in. I will not stay again. Other hotels offer better services for the price.
