We got the room with a balcony, but the balcony was closed off due to maintenance. I'm not sure if we paid extra for the balcony. Then, early in the morning, the construction began, which woke us earlier than we were comfortable with 8:30 a.m. Besides that, the hotel is beautiful, and the staff is friendly, although there were no apologies or warnings about the noisy maintenance outside our balcony window.

This was a pretty bad stay. No housekeeping, no service besides check in / check out. I usually stay here on my trips in Atl but Ill rethink in the future.

The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Some renovation is in progress, but didn’t impact my stay. It was perfect for a business trip.

Overall stay was great. Tiffany was super during our check in. Room was clean. Bed and sofa were both comfortable. Only thing I didnt like was the breakfast. I did not mind paying for it, or the way it was done, just the quality of the breakfast wasnt great.

I reserved this hotel because it was a high ranking hotel on the list with good hot breakfast when I got to the hotel even after I had Book the lady told me that I had to wait outside 15 minutes even though there wasn’t any customers she was attending to After sitting in my car for 15 minutes Tired and hungry. I finally get the room, but when I get the room, I’ve noticed that the lady in the front switch my Top of the line deluxe room, a economy room so I paid top dollar plus I paid breakfast to get a top-of-the-line room. They took my money when I got to the hotel. They told me they didn’t have the room that I ordered and gave me a small room with two small beds, but that’s not what made me mad. I was understanding but when I got up in the morning, I went to try and breakfast and they denied my breakfast after talking to a manager telling him that I paid for through the app, he told me that it happened all the time and that he doesn’t know what’s going on begins to give me that’s good for Mediocre cold food this is not what I paid for. I paid for a hot breakfast this hotel is the worst experience I’ve had in Atlanta if you look to search somewhere nice just go to downtown Atlanta instead I thought because I was in the galleria. I was gonna have a good experience, but it was trash.

Close to Mercedes Benz Stadium to go see my Kansas City Chiefs #15 Patrick Mahomes & team vs Falcons, loved the room with City view through big windows.

I stayed to ride out Helene. The hotel staff were clearly overwhelmed, but still managed to carry on their duties like normal. Friendly and helpful. Rooms were immaculate. Elevators were scary fast! Definitely pet friendly. I had a few problems, but they quickly fixed them. An average hotel couldn't handle the stress of the impending hurricane, but Sonesta did. Trey and Tiffany both went above and beyond the call of duty to help me in anyway they could. All the employees from maintenace to front desk were amazing! I think the breakfast was overly priced for bagels and coffee though. Other than breakfast it was an excellent stay!!! Will be back!!!

The outside is dirty broken glass full of smokers and some had liquors. They never told me about handicap parking I tripped up on it. Also they never tell u about the $150 deposit upon arrival. I had to scramble to find it call around. Very embarrassing. My room was cleaned and stocked. Everything is ala carte. Beds comfortable but need new pillows.
