Hotel is okay, we paid to upgrade to “the loft” which was just a basic hotel room. The staff were okay. There’s a stupid 1hr time slot rule for the pool which is annoying. Also if you order a drink for the pool you’ll get something half sized and more money than just having one at the bar. There’s limited food etc around the hotel but everything is walkable.

Fantastic hotel with great staff and a wonderful rooftop pool area. We’ll definitely be back in Zaragoza and we’ll stay here again.

Good location. XL loft room very big and comfortable, breakfast good. No onsite parking but hotel can arrange public underground parking nearby. Old Town, Cathedral, restaurants - all close by. Aljaferia Palace well worth a visit. (20 mins walk)

The hotel is modern, the city has numerous activities etc, the staff are helpful and our room was great.

Great location for a few hours of exploring. The staff perfectly explained how to get to the sites and dinner options. The room was very comfortable with large windows which opened. Enjoyed lunch at the restaurant but unfortunately the rooftop terrace was closed.

Felt like a new property. Easy access and parking in the older part of Zaragoza. Rooftop restaurant had a great view and great food and service.
