1 elevator broken, so long waits. bath faucet continually ran/leaked

For the price and location it was the nicest hotel we have stayed at in awhile. I joined the Hilton Rewards based on this stay and plan on using Hilton for all my furture stays.

Love this hotel. Clean, everything refurbished, amazing gym space, decent breakfast.

Bed was uncomfortable. I've had better breakfast. Hot tub isn't clean. Only some of the staff members are friendly.

Great stay

The hotel was ran and well kept, the staff was friendly and attentive.

The price of the room was amazing for a suite. It was comfy restaurant and the stores are very much walking distance. Breakfast was nice and pool and hot tub included. They are very welcoming when you first walk in. I enjoyed it

I like the room that we were in. I thought it was spacious considering that when you walk in you see the couch and then an area for your coffee and then you go into the bedroom and the bathroom is on your right side. I feel like it was spacious, but the sink is clogged… I will stay here again bc the room was Spacious, bed Was comfortable. It was clean , & they hold $50 But as soon as you check out, The money comes back very quickly… same day , At other hotels, it takes them a few days for it to credit ! Just didn’t care for the breakfast at all! They had terrible juice, I preferred They had scrambled eggs instead, instead of egg white frittata.! No thanks.. You’re better off paying for breakfast somewhere else! People seem friendly. It’s not a terrible place to stay.. Minimum noise level .

Understand the staffing was a little short

Pretty decent location! Will be a go-to whenever I am in the Downer’s Grove area. They were renovating the front office during my stay, but it wasn’t so bad. The room was spacious and clean as to be expected.

It’s a nice hotel, everything was clean, except for the carpet it has a mold smell, and the toilet had a strange odor I think it needs stronger products to cleaned it,

Staff was super friendly and the room was clean! Comfortable bed, breakfast was good. Variety of food to eat. I chose this location bc of the indoor/outdoor pool. The outdoor pool was not in service and had a tarp that had debris and yucky water. The indoor pool needs to be updated. When we got to the hotel we noticed there was a bit of construction going on. The lobby didn't look too great but I understand. Would come back if improvements are made to the pools.

The food service staff was top notch! However, we needed pool towels and was told the towel staff did not show up for work, so there was no pool towels or any towels. So we used wash clothes to dry ourselves.

The pool was closed off on the outside with cardboard and my children were looking forward to the swim-through feature. It is false advertising on their advertising. The hotel was under construction and they had a card table for check in. Their key card machine wasn't working and they had overbooked several people. The internet didnt work in our room so i had to use my data for two days on my hotspot. The fold out bed had a rod pushing in my back. There were children doing cannonballs in the hot tub unsupervised without and adult and they were all under 8. Not impressed.
