Very pleased. The minute I walked in the staff was friendly and helpful. No issue with check in. Room is small for a 2 queen bed but was clean so I'll take it.
Pool is warm and nice. Not big so don't recommend if you're traveling with a big family due to the space.
Happy that parking was complimentary.

We had booked this hotel because we were in Boston overnight and it stated in the booking that there was a shuttle to/from the airport. When I called the hotel the person on the other end of the phone said “no it’s for corporate people only”. We spent $86 for a cab to get to the hotel. When we got there, I said something to the woman at the front desk that it’s not correct information on the booking if the shuttle is only for “corporate” people. I wanted to talk to her in person and understand why. The girl changed the subject, gave us a room and 2 bottles of water and that was it

I picked this hotel since it was near a family wedding and has a restaurant in the hotel. We booked 4 rooms altogether. After a lovely afternoon wedding we went to restaurant for some food and drinks. After an hour and a half and asking where the food was we ordered twice they said the kitchen was closed and sorry the order didn’t go through. I had someone with a medical condition that needed more than a bag of chips before bed So we ended up eating snacks from our room in restaurant. Manager apologized but that was all. Not that I expect anything but feel like we didn’t matter.

I am going to rate the both of you, the hotel and Expedia. I got ride of you both, totally worthless in providing a safe environment for women.

Enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would’ve changed was how expensive breakfast was. $17 per person for breakfast is a lot so we had to go out for breakfast both days.

I was greeted and checked in by Maria at the front desk-she was knowledgeable polite and very helpful. Then I saw Bill to get some dinner, and he was also very polite and helpful. At breakfast I was greeted and served by Sara who was an absolute pleasure!!! I also met Michael at the front desk very nice and courteous. All in all I enjoyed my stay very much. Thank you one and all!!!

When we just came to our room there was a huge oriental cocrouch on a bathroom wall. Other than that everything in the hotel seemed very clean. However we avoided the restaurant and kept the light on at all times in the bathroom. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was very quiet in the nighttime, beds were comfortable and we were able to get good night sleep. If there was no cocrouch it would have been a perfect stay.

Hotel had a nice section of premade sandwiches, snacks, alcohol, etc. Chicken salad sandwich was my favorite.

My husband arrived late in the evening approximately 12 am. with a reservation I had made through Expedia. He had my credit card with him. Front desk staff needed to call me and get my approval vis FaceTime. I was asked to show them my proof of identity to give him the keys to the room ( I was not with him in this trip). They had the reservation number. I assume this is protocol however we experienced them as disrespectful and extremely rude. They questioned my husband as to why he did not have his credit card which is absolutely irrelevant to the stay or to check in when a room is pre paid. The credit card was simply to show the card the reservation was booked with and for the incidental deposit. We have dine this when travelling and never had an issue. The treatment with suspicion and disrespectful tone was unbecoming of a Hilton property. We will not book with Hilton again anywhere.

Overall as expected. I know it is a pet friendly hotel, but the room above me had a dog that kept barking and howling and crying. I didn’t like being awoken from dog barking

We have our flight cancelled due to well known issues, and could not make the trip.
We asked for understanding as it is not under our control and some form of relief.
I will not deal with this hotel anymore.
They should have more understanding if people are already suffering flight cancellations.
