Our stay was a couples get away & Enjoyed the hotel services. The Only Negative Thing I Have Say was the way the hotel handled my Late Check-Out Request!!! I Requested & Paid for a Late Check-Out @ 1:00 PM, prior to check-in. When I checked-in, I asked about my Request & Was Told, "I need to check the morning of Check-Out between 7:00 - 10:00 AM, to find out if I will be able to check-out @ 1:00 PM or 11:00 AM". Is defeats the purpose of a "Late Check-Out, If I have to wake up Early to check if I can sleep-in or take a little extra time!!". So I had to wake up before 7:00 AM to go to the Front Desk & Ask if I can Check-Out @ 1:00 PM!!! The Front Desk Staff went on-line & Approved my Late Check-Out on the spot. Why couldn't the day before Check-In Staff Member DO THE SAME? This Was Madre Our Stay Inconvenience!!!!

The service with hotel staff was excellent, I have zero complaints! The only thing was a few people in the front parking lot with hoods on looking into the parked cars. We found a well lit parking spot with a security camera and everything was fine! Overall we had a great stay!

Wasn't dirty. Very nice Breakfast. They let us bring the dog, although, we had to stay in a special 'dog safe' room...which Cost More, and Less Nice as other rooms.

Everything was great, breakfast was good was there for about a week the only suggestion I have was to perhaps mix up or offer different variations on what you can eat, seemed like every morning was either egg and sausage or egg and bacon maybe throw in Greek yogurt with oatmeal or even have some health conscience options as some folks may be limited to what they can eat due to certain health conditions, aside from that service was great, good location not to far away from San Francisco and it was a pleasant stay overall, I would comeback.

Unfortunately, I was on the first floor in the main building next to housekeeping. Noise all night, staff was talking loud at all hours. The positive was Dale and the front desk, very nice and helpful. There was one person name Teda, I tried to ask here a question, she looked at me but ignored my question and started talking with other staff member. Their conversation was personal, not business related.

Stayed here a few times, really good hotel.

Good Stay. Shuttle from/to SFO was good. Check-in/Check-out was easy. Room was clean and comfortable. Location as great for access to a bunch of interesting restaurants (just a few blocks walk away). Was a good way to finish our overseas trip.

The hotel isn’t bad, the hotel really needs to focus on better cleaning. Staff is nice. Breakfast is good. Very close to the airport. We did have to ask for shampoo , the one in the room was tiny. Your room does not get serviced unless you call the front desk, I called to ask they didn’t service it. My keys stopped working 2 night of the three that I stayed there, I called the front desk and their security took us new keys, he was very friendly and got them to us fast. Overall not bad , maybe just really get some more cleaning staff.

The suite was nice. 2 bedrooms with 2 queens in one room and 1 queen in the other. Sofa and chair in living room area. Mini fridge, microwave available in room. Breakfast in the morning offered many options. Even though next to Hwy 101, it was not noisy.

broken elevator. broken sink in bathroom. handle fell off door. breakfast was good and room was clean and comfortable.

It was perfect night to relax before our drive to Reno for baseball. Staff very helpful and allowed us to check in early.

Front desk clerks are very friendly, courteous and helpful. We liked everything except that the main elevator wasn't working so we had to use the very end one or the stairs. The room was very nice and cleaned.
