This is one of the worst Quality inn’s I have ever stayed in! Won’t ever stay here again!

The lady that checked me in was very nice but could use some training on showing guests how to get to there room other then highliting the path with a highlighter. There was no elevator and literally had to walk through 3 Corridors to get to our hallway where our room was located The room key card took SEVERAL attempts to open the door. The room smelled like butt/dirty socks. We had to plug every lamp in the room in and both tvs. I went to the pool area where there were several kids RUNNING and a BARKING dog in the pool area. The next morning i get up to shower for my FUNERAL and NO hot water my sister went to the front desk and said there is no hot water and the lady vedy rudly and snappy replied the whole hotel doesn't have hot water nothing more she walked away. I am DISCUSTED and want a refund a d would have went elsewhere if i hadnt allready spent 200 on the room i was in.

Our room was at the end of a hallway, there was condensation on the hall & room windows. We were told that was the only room assigned at hotels.com

Breakfast was fantastic. Rooms were nice and big for my family. Lobby area was clean. Only downside was the pool was freezing. Otherwise great stay, thank you!

One of the best breakfast in a motel

Check in went ok but since you didn’t have a elevator I asked for a room on the main floor because I have bad knees and back my friend has walking problems and was told no. There was trash on the floor in the room and the bathroom had no fan. The beds were ok as well as the breakfast. I told my concerns to the desk they said they would give us some money back. Well they didn’t.

The room was clean and nice. Shower was good. Nice lobby and exterior. With no elevator, you had to carry luggage upstairs. The customer service at the desk was very disappointing when we arrived in the afternoon of Aug 29th. Unfriendly and appearing as she did not want to be there.

We booked for 3 nights the pool and hot tub were closed for the 1st 2 days, the Internet, phones and half the tv channels went out the 2nd day with no estimate of when it would return they said it could be another week. Then the power went out on half of the room. The white light bulbs added to the eeirie feeling especially with only having 1 window that looked directly at a wall. But the thing that was the worst part of it all was the rude young lady working the front desk who could could care less when I brought up my concerns especially since we still paid full price each night. It honestly was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. And we are Local!

The pool was really neatbut the hours could be more flexable especially since the pool is inside by the office.

The key cards quit working and other guests were noisy and inconsiderate.

The clerk didnt say hello, barely asked if i had a reservation loud enough to hear. Didnt ask for id and just handed me the card key to the room. She Didnt tell me the room number just circled it on the map and circled the door to enter at and said park here. Otherwise it was just ok

Beds were uncomfortable

We would stay here again. The comfortable bed, one of the best hotel showers we've used and a hot breakfast all made our stay very pleasant.

It was OK, nothing special but clean

Property was dirty and in desperate need of repair. Pool was green, ceiling tiles water stained, beds saggy. Would NOT recommend.

Front desk staff overwhelmed but easy check in.

There is a pool and hot tub in the lobby. Smells like wet dog, chlorine and mold in the entire building. The door for our room didn’t even have the number on it. It was written in with a sharpie on the sticker where the number used to be. The laundry facility is a single washer and dryer that are not clean and the room they are run has mildew on the walls. I asked the housekeeping lady for two sets of clean towels as my wife was working from the room to catch up on work things and she flat out told me no. Craig seems like a safe little town. A good stop in between places but this hotel is not one I would rent again.

There seem to be renovations in progress. New carpet in the hallways and some repairs underway. Our room seemed clean but there was a very noticeable odor of either mildew or disinfectant.

Very old building. Had to change rooms because first room smelled of smokers. Second room was fine. Bed was comfortable. Front desk staff was nice. Key cards didn’t work so good.
