Cold morning shower - terrible breakfast - cable TV did not work

I always stay here when in town. I lived in Cupertino before leaving but still living in San Francisco as well. So I return often. Please offer deals to me anytime. I love your hotel. Everyone was so helpful and made my stay the best. Thank you.

Let me start with, I was giving them a second chance because this use to be a good property that I have stayed at many times over the last 20 years. When I arrived at 2:30pm I was told my room was not released by housekeeping yet, but it should be ready to go in about 20 minutes. I left for an hour, and when I returned the person at the front desk told me it was still not available. I returned at 4pm and was told I could check in and when I got to the room there was not hot water coming out of the faucet. I went to the front desk to tell them I was going to go someplace else and was told since I booked 3rd party, I would need to take it up with them to get my refund. He did say that the water should be back on in my room, so I went back to give them one last chance. The water was not on and there was now a foul odder coming from the hot water faucet. I returned to the front desk to let them know I was leaving and that I would never be staying or recommend anyone staying here again. I also pointed out that lying to me about a shortage in housekeeping staff when they were really doing maintenance on the property was very unprofessional. Pillowcase was stained or dirty. Carpet in hallway and in room were loose and dirty or stained.

The room was not clean and furniture was very old l , carpet dirty and the shower curtain in the bathroom was torn. I do not recommend especially for the price only good thing was the staff and how close it is to the mall

After a two hour commute, we dropped off our bags in the king suite room and my partner went to use our bathroom. She came out disappointed and told me that an ant started crawling up her leg. She than told me she saw a good amount in the bathtub. A quick glance within the bathroom there were a large group of ants in the bathtub walking around a previous guest hair strands along the walls and the shower handle. While disgusted by the room’s conditions we were in a rush so we felt like we could deal with the issue later on in the night or we could switch rooms Once we came back to the room after socializing with friends. (Coming back to the hotel around 11pm) We didn’t want to take a downgrade in room in terms of size so we took the effort to kill all the ants and clean up what we could. This effort took a good 20 minutes for us to become our own amateur exterminators. We ate in the front room and then took a shower in the semi clean bathroom. Noticing the ants were still coming from either below the tub or under the ground. We were disgusted but we did not want to complain. What led to this post was when I was checking out, I showed the video of the ant colony and dirty tub to the check out host. The front desk didn’t really seem to care, just told me “I will tell house cleaning” then thanked me for my stay. Not really concerned about the Ant Farm. This was my go to hotel when I visited the Sunnyvale/Hotel Area. Unsure if this will remain my stable hotel

The room was rverage not a new and we have twice problem with hot water

Would definitely come back! Rooms are great

The rooms were well put together with a very comfortable bed. I found the breakfast a bit lack lustre and felt it was bit impersonal with no staff, at hand, to ask any questions.

we were able to make it to our reservation because our car engine blew up. i tried calling a couple times after to see if we could get a refund. they never picked up the phone and have tried to get a refund through the insurance we bought but nothing. wish the customer service was better.

I lost 13,000 in the hotel! Just room fee they charged twice $6500 in one month!

Best hotel ever Loved everything. Very clean. Enjoyed the pool and spa. I highly recommend this place to stay.

The hotel is right by the freeway, which is a convenient location. I wouldn't say I like the hotel because it needs a major renovation. The carpet in the room needs washing and cleaning, ac in the room is super loud, the bed squeaks, and the bathroom is outdated.
