Checked in was issued a second floor room. Went to go to the room and there is no elevator. My wife had injured her knee the week before and cannot climb stairs. Went back to the desk to request a 1st floor room and told none available. The side entry was dimly lit and I did not feel safe. I turned my key back in and left to find another hotel

Room was clean, Bed was comfortable. Overall ok stay. Wished things were a bit more updated for the price.

I love this place so much it’s just like home until I find home. The staff is amazing !!! The amenities are great you couldn’t ask for anything more. Perfect location even without a car I can get everything I need real close.

Great stay at a great hotel. This is my 3rd hotel this month as I’m traveling for work and I’m going to be staying here for the duration of my trip!!!! I needed to print some forms and they have big nice computers and printing was a breeze the breakfast is amazing!!! You can’t get better than this!!! Love Love this place Jayla and Toya are the best!!!

Absolutely filthy and had cockroaches in the rooms. Alerted the person in the lobby upon checking out and they didn’t bat an eye.

Well the only way you could see the spoon that was previously used to cook dope to shoot up was stashed in the light/fan combo. It was not seen from outside the tub but standing in it, the direction the venting was aimed. When reported the hotel did not offer anything other than an apology. Not another night for compensation just an "I am sorry"

I stayed for I know a good month and when they get an accusation about something that was said they did not come to me and ask me about it. I work form 6 am u til 430pm I pay my bill every morning before 11 and they accused me of something that I have never done nor will I ever do to pay a bill. Excuse my French I don’t have to sell my ass to pay my bill of that was the case I would have had my car back before now. I would not stay there u til they get rid of the nosey people that accused me of what they said I did.

I had no idea I was staying in the middle of no where. Not to mention at 8 in the morning you can smell someone smoking crack. I checked out of there by 7am. The staff there was super nice and friendly was able to check me out with out an issue.

Sinks did not drain. Water pressure was terrible and you either had boiling hot water or ice cold in the shower

Worst room I’ve ever stayed in!! Very old worn furniture, broken refrigerator that leaked all over the floor. Refrigerator stuffed with towels!! Bathroom faucet broken. Couch broken. Outside door didnt close properly. Some kind of powder all over floor.
Outlet in bathroom broken! Breakfast poor-juicer broken, terrible coffee with no creamer offered. Cereal dispenser low. Only good offering we’re the biscuits.
