Very nice and clean hotel. Comfortable spacious rooms. The heat wasn’t on in the indoor pool area, and the pool was ice cold. We were celebrating my son’s birthday and we came for the indoor pool and couldn’t swim at all.

When we walked in, we were told that breakfast was served until 10 o’clock in the morning. However, when we arrive down for breakfast at 9:15, they said that breakfast stop serving at 9 o’clock. We are very disappointed. Secondly, the curtain in the shower leaks onto the floor. The water from the shower goes right through the curtain and onto the floor.

Comfortable room with an amazing shower. Location was in a good quiet area. I would stay here again.

Associates are very professional, and polite. The first morning for breakfast it was very busy and a line the 2nd morning you associates prevented lines by severing everyone this was a good ideal(good job) :)

Wonderful property. Great Breakfast. Great Location right at the Convention Center. Close to shopping and restaurants . I would highly recommend. I will return.

Very lovely communal areas. The room was great. Very comfortable the pool was cloudy with too many chemicals. I liked that there wasn't piped in music everywhere!!

My stay was very comfortable. I really enjoyed the free breakfast. I loved that it was more than powdered eggs, microwavable sausages, and waffles that you make yourself. It was a variety and it was delicious. I wasn't thrilled that they allowed dogs in the dining area. I feel like everyone should be accommodates not just people that claim they need an animal with them. Besides this animal was hugged on and and doted on by the children as if it was a household pet not a service animal.
